We loved our family vacation on the beach. We had 8 adults and 4 children. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The house was well equipped with everything we need. We will be booking another trip for next year!

Beautiful home

We loved this home for our vaction. The open floor plan felt spacious and the steps out to the beach were convenient and easy to navigate, even for my 82 year mom. The beach was so peaceful, yet only minutes away from resturants and shops. We loved going up on the balcony each morning and having our coffee. Wonderful place and we would definately stay here again.

Excellent vacation home for large family gathering.

This home was a perfect location and setup for our family reunion. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, and the layout was perfect for children and adults to have plenty of room and privacy, and space to be together. The house is clean, well-maintained, and is just steps from the beach. We would definitely rent this location again, and also recommend Betsy as a host.

Perfect house for a quick spring break trip with the family. House has a great deck to watch sunrise, super comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax at night. Beach is less than 25 steps and a few stairs out the back door, which makes it so easy if you need to run back and grab something. Will definitely come back, as we love Topsail!

Much needed getaway

My brother and sister-in-law and I were looking for a relaxing beachfront property to bring our dogs to and let them run and play after losing our mother unexpectedly and this place was the perfect find - big kitchen and porches that had gates made our stay just perfect ! And our property manager was extremely helpful and friendly — would highly recommend this beautiful property !

Love how close the beach is to the back porch! Another huge plus is the convenient shower to wash off before heading inside the house. The house is very spacious open with lots of views love the additional deck up top so you can wake up and also enjoy the view even on the second floor. we will be back host was very responsive. This property is great for families with kids. All the cousins bunked upstairs while the adults have private suites downstairs. The upstairs balcony deck was a favorite spot! Such amazing views. The house was clean and well stocked.

Best beach house ever!

I almost don't want to say how awesome this place (and the owner) was because I want it all to myself for next time! This is the best beach house we've ever rented (and we go to the beach a couple times a year every year). The location is great, the house was perfect for our family, there was plenty of parking for our trucks and you just can't beat the back porch view and your own personal beach just a few stairs away. We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Seashore Retreat. The house was pristine and the beds were so comfy! We couldn't ask for a better location right on the beach with our own access from the house!! When we arrived there was only one very small Mr. Coffee machine and we knew that wasn't going to work for 12 people so I called the office and in a few short hours they brought us a brand new Keurig. All that to say, the host was wonderful to work with. We're already booked to come back next year!!

Great location

The house was practical. Great location. Easy to beach and back to house with little ones. However, the bedrooms on the side closer to wicker had no vents for air conditioner, very hot in there, with babies is not fun! Shower door does not stay closed and toaster was broken. Over all very nice place, would definitely go again.

Great House in Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful stay. The location is super convenient and you cannot beat the view and ease of getting to the beach/water. The setup of the house is really nice with 4 bedrooms on the main floor, with 2 full bathrooms and then an upstairs loft with an additional bedroom and full bathroom; so there’s lots of space. The back porch is fully enclosed so it was safe to let our dog come and go from the house without worry of her running off. Melissa, our local contact, was very responsive and quick to act on the few small issues we encountered. Very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again if the circumstances work themselves out.
