East Side Story was an amazing property located conveniently near public beach access, town and park. The host was readily available for any questions we had. Large, open concept kitchen and living room provided a great space for everyone to gather. The bedrooms were spacious and private, Loved the balconies! The pool was so enjoyable after a day at the beach with a great outdoor shower. And it was convenient to have the elevator, especially when moving in and out of the home. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

As advertised! Close to beach access, playground and the pier. Nice size private pool. Property was very clean and communications were very smooth. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at East Side Story! The location was perfect, just across the street from beach access and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, while still providing great gathering spaces for family time.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals throughout our stay. The pool was amazing and quickly became a favorite spot, with the kids using it every day.Overall, it was the perfect place for our vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Incredible Home & Location

This property was by far the cleanest property I every stayed at. It was fully stocked with all the necessities plus more. The ocean view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony was breathtaking. We loved the vibe of the home - so peacefully & calming. The pool was a huge bonus. I Loved how it had a sitting ledge along the whole length of the pool. We spent a lot of time in the pool when we weren’t at the beach which was directly across from the house. It was very convenient to just walk across the street for lunch, a drink, or a dip in the pool. We will definitely be returning with family to East Side Story during the peak of summer to experience concerts & movies in the park, the arcade, ice cream & mini golf which is just a short walk from the house.

This house has it all!!

I’ve been going to OIB my whole life and as a former property owner myself I can tell you that this was a great house. The pictures do a good job but once you see it in person then I’m sure you’ll be impressed. We had 2 families and my mother over Memorial Day and had plenty of space for everyone. The main floor is open concept and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. It has a beautiful pool and we really enjoyed the seating platform along the edge. But where this house really stands out is the location. There is a beach access right across the street and you are walking distance to the pier, park and putt putt. Yes is said putt putt! I grew up in the south, it’s not called mini golf. Kidding aside we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider renting again.

Book this house - you won’t regret!

I can’t say enough great things about this house and our experience there! I booked this house for my 30th birthday celebration with 10 of my closest friends and it was perfect for us. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and impeccably clean. There was plenty of shared space to spend time together. Having a pool in the backyard and the beach access within a few yards was super convenient. My communication with the hosts was quick and they were so nice and helpful with any questions we had. The elevator in the house was great for loading and unloading heavy luggage and groceries. The house already has everything you need to enjoy the beach; beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc. They really thought of everything. The decor in the house is very high end and makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere luxurious. The location is great for walking to restaurants, bars, and we even walked to an outdoor concert one night. Overall, I can’t recommend this house enough and will definitely be visiting again.
