Enjoy city views while hanging out with friends in this beautiful 1700sqft condo with modern architecture style and lots of windows! 1st and 3rd floor balconies look onto the city skyline, a perfect place to relax during your trip.

Heaps of free street parking. Stocked with a small selection of breakfast food and drinks. We do our best to use eco friendly and non-toxic products whenever we can.

No parties, and no smoking! Only registered guests on the premises. Thanks!
The space
We have a modern, custom designed condo. You won’t find anything like it anywhere else! The space has two balconies with a wonderful view of downtown. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom with full size bathtub for you to enjoy. Then open concept kitchen connects to the heigh ceiling two story living room. There is plenty of natural light throughout. Words can’t do it justice!

TVs on the first and third floors with access to Netflix, CBS and Amazon Prime (NO cable).

Guest access
Guests are limited to Unit B and the common area hallway in the building.

Other things to note
NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR OTHERWISE. NO SMOKING. We really have to drive this home because people continue to ignore these rules. Please, please, please be respectful of our home.

MY STAY WAS AMAZING!

OMG! LET ME JUST SAY THIS!!! THIS LOFT WAS AMAZING... THE HOME WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND IT HAD EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED. IT WAS 4 OF US WHO STAYED FOR MY TWINS 21ST BIRTHDAY.. AND IT WAS MORE THEN PERFECT. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING SO EASY THE PARKING WAS GREAT. WE LOVE THIS HOME AND CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR. THIS WILL BE OUR LITTLE HIDDEN GET AWAY. THE HOST COMMUNICATED WITH US AS NEEDED. IT WAS NO ISSUES IN THIS HOME. I COOKED FOR MY GIRLS AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I LOVE THAT,, 10 OUT OF 10 IS MY REVIEW. IT WAS QUITE AND WE PLAYED GAMES WHICH THE HOME CAME WITH. WE HAD A FEW FRIENDS COME VISIT US AND THEY WAS ASKING HOW THEY COULD GET THIS HOME.. SO IMPRESSED. MY KIDS WAS LIKE MOM ASK HIM WILL HE SELL THIS HOME TO US LOL THAT'S HOW MUCH WE LOVED IT.. OH AND THE VIEW AT NIGHT WAS SO PRETTY! THANK YOU THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING THE BEST HOST!

Great and easy

The stay was pleasant and the management is very responsive very clean and nice. Shower upstairs wasn’t working that well but other than that the house was cozy and we would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks
