Susan was awesome and the house had every amenity that you could ever need! We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of and supported by Susan. Would definitely recommend for a large group or multiple families.

This house is Amazing! We had 26 people ranging from 3yrs to 78yrs. There was more than enough room for everyone and we didn’t feel like we were in everyone’s way. There was plenty of entertainment for all ages and the host is so very kind. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone to use. It was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely try to do this again. A must for larger groups and a house that is very family oriented.

This place is top notch! We had a large team and there was plenty of space for all. Very quiet, lots of towels, comfy beds and all the amenities we could need. Susan was wonderful. We had fresh Banana bread waiting for us and she checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 we will for sure be back!

Family Reunion Basecamp Extraordinaire!

Our family of 20 gathered from across the US - all ages present - from 1.5 years to Grandpa age. Host Susan was amazing! The house had everything we needed - PLUS! Not only were there plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, kitchen items, and parking space, the game room was a huge hit, and there was a whole wall of shelves with a large variety of toys, books, activities, games, etc.. Susan really has thought of everything! The house must be well insulated, ie: the baby would be sleeping in one part of the house and an army of kids would be running around playing hide and seek, (it is the perfect house for that game!), and the baby was not disturbed. Several of my kids commented that “it feels like home”. We are keeping this one on our list for future gatherings!! Thank you!!

It is a beautiful home with an enclosed back yard for the children to play. With two kitchens we had plenty of refrigerator and freezer space for our large group. We even used both kitchens to prepare some of our meals using both stoves. The only drawback was not having pantry space to put our food. We found room for it in the rec room and a bedroom closet. The host is very friendly and responsive to our needs.

Lots of room and good location

Stayed here in preparation for a wedding in Spanish Fork. My family was all comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids found the toys and activities engaging and helped to keep them occupied while we prepared. The two kitchens were nice. Susan had everything we needed. I would stay again!

Lots of beds & clean

Very clean, host was amazing & responded quickly when we had dumb questions. She brought us home made apricot bread, which was so yummy! Enough for 25 ladies. Nice yard. Upstairs kitchen has everything needed. So nice to have 2 kitchens. Plenty of parking.

Favorite trip of the year

We stay here very year for a cheer competition and it is always looked forward to. The place is nice because it still allows everyone to have space from the rest of the group if needed but there is also space for everyone to congregate together. Kitchens are stocked well and beds are comphy. It’s a great place to stay.

Wedding group.

My growing family including adult children with their little children met at the property for the events surrounding my daughter's marriage. The home was just right for our large family. The rooms are clean, well kept, and tastefully decorated in a Hawaiian/polynesian theme. Our host was gracious and helpful. One of the families suggested we rent again this summer for a family reunion.

Perfect stay for family getaway

Our large family group throughly enjoyed our stay at this island themed retreat. Tucked away in a neighborhood but close to all conveniences and freeway entrance made this home accessible to all our needs and activities. Susan is an ideal host, greeting us with a tray of warm banana and pumpkin bread. Great communication. Clean home, fun exercise and game room was a big hit with the kids, comfortable beds And ….two kitchens! met all our needs and then some. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We hope to return again.

So much space.

We had a wedding to attend and family coming from all over. It was the perfect place for 30 of us to stay all together . Super close to everything! Everything we needed was with in 8 minutes. Susan was wonderful and quick to respond. Very accommodating to our schedule. There were so many games and toys, the kids had a great playing the pac man and ping pong. The Turf in the Backyard was wonderful. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner (toilet and sink area) But overall it was a wonderful place, we would definitely stay there again! Susan made yummy bread and left treats for us. We were very pleased with the amount of space and the house, location. There were a couple of things that were broken and Susan mention that they were in the works to get fixed, nothing that affected our stay too much. Book today, you won’t regret it!

Family wedding

Property was wonderful. Grandkids loved the wide variety of toys and the fun theme rooms. Lots of space for everyone. We had 12 adults and 11 kids and everyone had enough room. Host was very easy to work with and very communicative. Would stay here again.

Great place for the whole family to stay

We had a great time and where able to easily accommodate the whole family all 21 of us. AC could have been a bit cooler, but everything else was amazing. The owner even let us borrow a cooler. Would come back again.

Great Property and Host

The property felt private and was close to the interstate, mall, and any activity you could want. The home was clean and the property manager was very friendly and close by if we needed anything. We went for a work retreat and made a request to have HDMI cables avalible. Upon arrival, they were hooked up and waiting for us. This property is very family-friendly and has multiple entrances/kitchens so you can still have a private space with a large group.

Family reunion

This property was the perfect spot for our family reunion! Everyone had a bed (not a spot on the couch) which was an improvement over our previous house we rented. There are plenty of games and toys that will entertain all ages when you want to stay in. Susan was very prompt in responding to all of our messages-even when we lost power (completely out of everyone's control but resolved quickly). If we ever come back to Utah county, we will definitely stay here again!

Hawaii in Orem!

We had a family reunion and with about 40 people coming and going, it was a great central location. The 9 bedrooms really helped! The host was very helpful and welcoming. We would recommend this home.

Anniversary family get together

The house easily accommodated our 25 family members and the bedrooms are decorated in cute island motifs. The whole house was clean. There were plenty of towels and toiletries stocked as well as a funished kitchen with all kinds of utensils, serving & cooking dishes and food basics like flour and sugar, oil, seasonings, etc. The host was very communicative and willing to accommodate any of our wants/needs; very approachable. A hit with the young children and teens was the Arcade, tread mill, and table tennis!! There was plenty of seating and having two refrigerators and 2 sets of washer & dryers were definitely a help. There was substantial parking; the neighborhood seemed totally safe. The two TVs were great. Location is near the Interstate and traffic is moderate. The mountains are only a short drive away. Walmart is only 5 minutes away...lol. We strongly recommend this house for a group stay!

Aloha house

This home was clean and had everything we needed provided. We had all our family for my grandsons wedding and a few of his groomsmen stay with us. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy company. She even surprised us with treats which was most appreciated since we were all hungry before a trip to store. Convenient location to stores and I15. We will definitely come back with our large family

Awesome place to stay with family

The house doesnt look huge from the outside, but it has 9 bedrooms and lots of beds, two living areas and two kitchens with a huge dining area. We gathered our family from several states to stay with us for our daughters wedding. It was so much fun. Cousins had plenty of space for board games and two separate areas to watch movies. The host was lives gave us a tour when we got there. She was thorough and honest, and super accomodating. She really made it feel like we were staying at a family's house. I had a 3 year old nephew there who was entertained the whole time by the toys she has available for use at the house. My entire family was impressed with the set up here.

Great place to gather

We rented this home so that our whole family of 21 people could stay together for our son's wedding. It was wonderful. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kids especially loved all the many toys. Susan was a very kind host and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect place for what we needed.

We came for a cheerleading competition at UCCU. We had 7 families with kids ages 8-11. The place was laid out perfect, the host was wonderful and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area again. My only complaint is it needs better kitchen knives for cooking.
