The Space:

Escape to this custom-built 4-bedroom, 4-bath modern cabin perched in Powder House Pass, near Lead, South Dakota. With vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and views of Terry Peak's summit, you’ll be immersed in Black Hills luxury.

• Main floor ensuite with king bed, rain shower, and private sliding glass door to the patio and hot tub. An additional room with a queen bed is also located on the main floor, adjacent to the main floor bathroom.

• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and an island that opens into the great room with a fireplace and comfortable seating.

• Two upstairs rooms; one queen ensuite with a soaking tub and the other with a full-size bed and a double-size bunk bed. A full bath is located next to the bunk bed room.

• Upstairs loft features a large family area with smart TV, board games, and a dedicated desk area — ideal for families or groups.

• Step outside to the patio with breathtaking views and fresh Black Hills air. Enhance your outdoor experience with the hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating

Guests have full, exclusive access to the cabin. Free high-speed WiFi (ideal for remote work), off-street parking for multiple vehicles and trailers, and easy access to chair lifts and local trails. Self-check-in via keypad allows flexible arrival. Guests staying at Sunset Ridge have access to the community clubhouse with two pools, one available year-round, a pool table, shuffleboard table, fire pits, and an inside gathering area.

The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic neighborhood to enjoy the Black Hills! You can snowmobile and ATV right from the cabins, minutes from downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails and 10 minutes from Deadwood. The development is paved and it`s very easy to access!

This is a vacation home area with a shared Clubhouse you can use. The amenities at the Clubhouse include outdoor heated pool, seating, outdoor firepit, game room and community kitchen.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles.
