The place is just awesome - all the utilities you need and more. Thebliving space was the best we ever had.
The property was very nice and provided great amenities including kitchen and garage parking. Had a cleanliness issue that was addressed by management same day.
The townhome was very clean and plenty of space. It was in a great location near Walmart and Safeway. We had problems with Internet (never worked); however, we used our cell phone hotspots. I would stay again.
The payment process through Summit Mountain Rentals was different than my other experiences but was navigated with a little communication. The property was accurate to the description and was what I wanted. The garage was tight to enter with a family sized mini van. Property was clean and had the essentials needed for a great week of skiing.
The living arrangements were perfect with the two bedrooms on different floors and living space, kitchen and half bath in between on the middle floor. The heating worked well, but never realized just how dry the air is Colorado homes. Also had a problems with being shocked by light switches on the main floor due to static electricity. Otherwise, plenty of towels, soap, laundry supplies, garbage bags, etc. Would stay there again. And Summit Mountain Rentals helped in every way when I locked myself out, lost texts on my phone, etc. Thank you for your excellent service!
Pros: This house is excellently presented. It is newly refurbished and feels clean and new. The top floor bedroom / bathroom / walk in wardrobe is really spacious. There are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional loo. Being able to park the car in a garage also made leaving for the ski hill a more comfortable experience in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped, a small suggestions would be for some small bowls for dips etc. It is 30 minutes from Vail, and 15 minutes from Breck and Keystone. It is located close to handy restaurants (Pure Kitchen recommended), and supermarkets and other shops such and rental places. Also finally, Summit Rentals, the property managers were really super helpful with queries and responded to emails super quickly.
Cons: the heating system is a little idiosyncratic. The bottom floor bedroom was consistently chilly, whilst the top floor bedrrom was uncomfortably hot. The arrival instructions urged patience when it was too warm as the heating took time to respond to the thermostat being lowered, and also suggested that the way to cool it down was to open the windows, which is a shame as this isn't very environmentally friendly. At the end of the Spring skiing season, when the temp was 15 degrees C, the top floor was pretty stifling. I can't imagine what the room would be like in Summer! Having said all of that, we really liked the Townhome and would like to return.

Reviewer Comments:
The place was cold when we arrived. It seems it takes 24 hours for the place to warm up. The Thermostat was not set up by management for a daily cycle. Kitchen windows were cracked open and did not shut properly. No parking pass or option if you could not park in the garage. We liked the townhouse location and the amenities inside. Very Comfortable. I feel like this was a new place for rent.
