This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2nd floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

Great Stay

Easy self check in process and love the privacy on the balcony. Every room has gorgeous oveanview. Love waking up to the beautiful sunrise. Definitely will come back. Thank you.

Great view of the gulf

Great view of the Gulf. The unit could use some TLC, new pots, pans, etc. The main door to the balcony needs attention. We love Long Beach and have stayed in several units. Pools and grounds are kept nice. The on-site grill & bar are a plus.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo it’s self and pools nice but the room very out dated holes in the furniture plaster falling from the ceiling on the bed if you left the door open main patio door Hard to shut for my 70 year old mother in law old pots and pans could not cook on due to coating coming off we had to buy a skillet and paper plates I did like the Location just needs some repairs big tub in the master missing buttons mold in the other bath room along glass and shower we have been going to Pcb for 12 years stayed a lot of places we liked Long Beach just the room was ruff compared to what we are use to

Great unit

Unit had plenty of room. Had an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. I emailed the property manager and it was handled promptly and we were provided extra towels since we had to use some to dry up the water. Will definitely book again.

This is a great location

Property was having many updates. Staff friendly. Unit has great layout. Kitchen light on amenities so bring your favorite kitchen essentials. We enjoyed our stay.
