The property is exactly as described! We really enjoyed being on the 3rd floor, when elevators were busy it was helpful being able to just go up the stairs. Tim is a excellent host, he was very easy to reach and very organized with getting information to you in a timely manner. The kitchen is stocked with anything that you could need and there is plenty of seating for people traveling with a large group. I highly recommend this rental!

Great place to stay

We plan on coming back to PCB, and we plan on staying here again. Such a great location. And Tim is a very responsive owner. Perfectly located and Beautifully decorated. From ages 1-65, this place was perfect for each of us.

Condo was very roomy and gad has a great view. Lots of rules though so be prepared. But overall a great stay!

Spacious condo for 3 families

We were very impressed with this condo and the owners were very responsive! Check in was super easy. There was plenty of room for 3 families and 6 children. Parking was also very convenient and we will consider staying here again

This condo is amazing. Very well stocked and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals to a large family. The Boardwalk Beach Resort is perfect for families as the beach is just steps away and the pool is kid friendly for any age. We are already planning to come back here for our spring break trip for next year.

Perfect Property for a Perfect vacation!

We rented units 300 & 301 for a week of fun in PCB. My family has rented many vacation properties over the past 19 years, and this condo was one of the best maintained and well stocked that we have ever rented. The owner was attentive and checked to insure our satisfaction. The next time we go to PCB, we will book this property again!

Perfection at the beach

We had the best time! Don't count on the onsite shop to be open but other than that it was so convenient and quiet. We don't like being in the middle of chaos so this fit us perfectly!

Panama City has improved so much since being down there 20 years ago for college spring break. So much more family friendly. Lots of improvements throughout city feel safe with my kiddos being down there. Excited to see what they do in another 3-4 years. This condo was fabulous and has great people to work with. Clean unit

The unit was very clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Tim was wonderful to work with. He was available and willing to work with us the entity stay and went above and beyond to be helpful. I will be a returning customer.
