Whether you’re visiting for the Masters Tournament, in town to play some top local courses yourself, or just doing some sightseeing around ‘The Garden City,’ this Augusta vacation rental makes a perfect home base for your stay! This vibrant 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house features a pool, ping pong table, and fully stocked kitchen in addition to its great location! Be sure to head downtown at some point during your stay to check out the Augusta Riverwalk or see a show at Bell Auditorium.

This home boasts an updated kitchen with granite counters and plenty of table space for your entire family, this charming and fully-updated home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a large outdoor patio space with BBQ grill and patio chairs. It also has a respectable game room with activities like Giant Connect 4, Ping-Pong, oversized Jenga, board games, and croquet for the backyard.

Watch the geese and horses play at the neighboring Equestrian Center or find your favorite coffee or tea in our stocked coffee bar. You’re only a mile from the important stuff like Chick-Fil-A, Target, and Best Buy, 10 minutes from The Augusta National Golf Club, and 15 minutes from Historic Downtown.

You can park in the driveway and enter through the front door using your custom door code.

Important to Note: This home includes a separate, private mother-in-law suite that is also a furnished rental. The suite has its own private entrance and dedicated parking, ensuring complete privacy for both spaces. Guests staying in the main house will have exclusive access to the backyard and pool, so you can fully enjoy your stay without any shared spaces. The suite’s occupants are quiet and independent—you’ll hardly even notice they’re there!

Pool Details:
The pool is a mid-size pool at 4' deep and about 12' wide by 18' long. It's great for kids and a few adults but cannot hold a large capacity. The pool is open seasonally from May 1 -October 31st.

Note: We have outdoor cameras located and pointed at all entrances of the property, including, but not limited to, the front door, and backdoor/pool area. There are also cameras located at the main entrance of the mother-in-law suite. We do not have any cameras located inside the property.
