Clean, vintage, and comfortably furnished, this 2-bedroom upper duplex is a quiet home base while you’re in Manitowoc. The space has an old-house charm with simple, practical updates so you can relax, cook a meal, watch a movie, and feel at home instead of feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.
The upper unit is in a classic Manitowoc home, with the host living in the lower unit. I’m nearby if you need anything, but you’ll have your own private entrance and space upstairs.

I’m Christine, a licensed massage therapist who lives in the main-floor unit of this duplex. I’ve lived in Manitowoc for years and really enjoy the slower, small-city pace here. Hosting lets me share a clean, comfortable space with people who are in town for work, family visits, or a little Lake Michigan getaway. I’m nearby if you need anything during your stay, but I also give guests plenty of privacy. My goal is for you to feel like you’ve borrowed a friend’s place for a few days, not checked into a faceless hotel.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet and residential, with older homes that still have character. It’s a convenient spot for getting around town—close enough to reach the lakefront, downtown Manitowoc, restaurants, and shopping in just a short drive, but far enough from the busiest streets to stay peaceful at night. I like that it feels safe and lived-in, with neighbors who actually know each other and wave hello. It’s a good home base whether you’re here to explore the area or just need a calm place to land after a long day.
