**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

Thirty minutes from an international airport, 5 minutes to skiing at North America's largest ski and snowboard resort, Park City Resort, and 16 minutes to the #1 ranked ski resort in North America, Deer Valley Resort. Views of the Olympic Ski Jump off the balcony, three ample bedrooms, granite countertops, breakfast bar and room for a proper dining table, in-unit washer/dryer, attached underground garage with designated parking. Outstanding access and amenities; steps from the building's hot tub, and across the street from the clubhouse with fitness room, pool, hot tub, fitness room, outdoor grill and picnic area, sports court, and putting green. Shopping and dining are a quick walk away at Redstone. Drive, walk or take advantage of the free Park City transit shuttle system which picks up and drops off at the entrance to the neighborhood. Well equipped for cooking meals, includes stainless gas burning cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Dining Room: Seating for 6, with 4 barstools at kitchen counter. The property sleeps up to 10 guests. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in closet off hallway. Underground Garage: 1 car with additional off-street parking right in front. (4-wheel drive vehicle recommended!)

This was a perfect place to stay… the kids stayed in the room with the bunk beds, and the adults took the other two rooms. Well stocked kitchen, and very close to Canyons and Park City.

Great for families with children. Tight for 10 adults. Heated garage is nice but parking is tight especially for full sized SUV. Spaces need to be larger.

The condo is exactly what is described and the group had plenty of room. We were missing a few items and that was quickly addressed and items were dropped off. It was clean as well. One of the best things for us, the garage was high enough to accommodate our Expedition and the Thule on top. That was a big plus. The kids loved the gaming system and the ability to walk to the Walmart. The master bedroom shower does need a shower head that moves around to accommodate different heights, but that was the only issue. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great place. Clean. There is an elevator that goes to garage. Hard to find at night because addresses not lit up. If comimg in at night ask for better directions. Does have 3 bedrooms. Although pics dont look like it.

Great location across from the pool. Condo as described. Well stocked and nice place to come home from after a day of playing in Park City. FYI- If you have little ones...the 2 top bunkbeds had no safety bars. The wood side slates were level with the mattress and we were concerned our little ones would roll off. Since the bottoms were queens we had them sleep there instead. Also, one of the kitchen counter chairs was very wobbly. Our 5 year old started getting up on it and it began to tip. Otherwise great stay.

Great Location and Wonderful Condo

We loved our stay at this Bear Hollow condo! There were eight of us staying and there were beds for everyone. The location was close to everything--the outlet mall, downtown Park City, and the Olympic Park. We are runners, and the running trails around Park City are some of the best we've run on. They are accessible right from the condos. We loved using all the amenities: the swimming pool, the firepit, the grills, and the hot tubs. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus some! I feel like the condo was even better than the pictures.
