My husband Jeff and I live in Happy Valley, OR and were introduced to Missoula when one of our 3 daughters went to the U of M to attend college. Our daughter fell in love with Missoula and returned after a short stay back home following graduation. When she met her husband there and we realized this was going to be her permanent home, we invested in a home in the historic downtown area, which we completely remodeled and turned the detached garage into a modern apartment to accommodate stays from family members and friends. We also added a complete outdoor living space that sits between the house and the apartment. We too fell in love with Missoula and now enjoy our MT family which has added in 3 grandkids as well as enjoying our Oregon family with 5 more grandkids. We enjoy family, fishing, golfing, skiing, walking and hanging out by the fire.
Now we are extending our welcome to other guests who would like to take in all of the amazing things Missoula and the surrounding areas offer.

This property sits in a quiet neighborhood, nestled between downtown and the mountains. It is in a prime location within walking distance from downtown shopping, galleries, restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, farmers market, public library, Performing Arts Center and more. It is just across the Clark Fork river to the U of M and the popular "M" trail, and biking/walking path along the river. It is close to several other hiking, biking and walking paths, parks and rivers, as well as being less than a 15 minute drive to Ten Spoon winery and Kettlehouse amphitheater
