Great for girls trip

I stayed here with two girlfriends, and it was perfect for a getaway. It’s a really cozy house; we loved the double sided fireplace and the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Stay

Our extended family had a great experience at Shenanegins Near Falls Lakes. We had a large group with varying ages, and the accommodations were perfect! We had more than enough space for everyone and the amenities more than met our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Place to Stay

We were in town for a family wedding and really enjoyed staying at this house. Great neighborhood that was close to both the airport and the venue. Lots of food and shopping near by and a cute park that we enjoyed exploring. The kids loved the creek in front and the hot tub in back.

Why they chose this property

We live in a wonderful neighborhood & our front yard is sometimes a gathering place for the kids to play in the stream! Please keep in mind, keep noise & activity down after 10:00 to respect our neighbors!
FYI: We run a food business, in the garage are supplies. Occasionally there may be someone who comes to open our garage with the pad code to get supplies. They will not come in the house & would only be there for a few minutes. Please do not eat the food in the freezers! The door leading to the garage has a lock on the inside of house.
Our front yard is a gathering spot for the neighbors and their children. They play in the stream! Please remember we live in a quiet neighborhood. No parties & no loud music outback. Keep the noise down after 10:00 pm!

Come in and make yourselves at home! Light switch to the front lights is behind the barn door. If the subwoofer is not working, the set of switches by the back door, third one from the left works the lower plugs.
There is a coffee maker & coffee in the kitchen. Creamer in the fridge. There are most basic cooking essentials, you are welcome to use. To turn on the fireplace, (we cut off the fireplace in the summer) there is a bottom light switch on the side of the fireplace by the back door. If the fireplace turns off (sometimes it does that) just flip the switch again. Please make sure you turn it ba

3rd bedroom: 50" TV, has a closet & 2 drawers to the left of the bed.
The thermostat that controls the attic is in the stairway leading to the top floor.
Top floor has a chest of drawers at the foot of bed for guests. 43” smart TV, remote in a basket by the couch.
Please leave your linens on the bed. I will gather them.
Trash is to the left of the garage beside the house.
Extra toilet paper in upstairs linen closet & paper towels are under the sink in upstairs bathroom.
If you have a pet…there are treats in the dining room in a glass jar. We have a cat & dog so we have treats for both!
Backyard is fully fenced.
Grill is full with propane & there is a black bin beside it with charcoal if you prefer!
Hot tub is all set…just push the top to the side & hop in! Please replace the cover when finished!
All fans work on switches…please don’t pull the chains!
Towels are in the full baths on shelves. Wash cloths & hand towel in the full baths middle drawers.
