3000 sq foot cottage style home close to downtown. Great close-in location to avoid the traffic of a rapidly growing city. Home has a lot of character with 10' ceilings and intricate molding. Property has a private outdoor wooded living space along with a wood burning fire pit. Property is conveniently located two blocks from the 'House Creek' trail access point of the Raleigh Greenway Trail system. Convenient to all downtown activities , (1) mile away from the Crabtree Mall, (3) miles to Carter-Finley stadium & 2 miles to NCSU campus.

Many great restaurants and shopping are all within 2 miles of this property.

Anything you need is within (1) mile; Wycliff Road shopping plaza: Starbucks, Food Lion grocery stores, Village Deli and other restaurants, as well as the UNC Rex Medical Center.

Property has all the essentials you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Bicycles are available to enjoy the nearby Greenway trails.

Raleigh Stay

The property was great, a really lovely home. It is less than a mile to a few nice restaurants and to multiple grocery stores. They had everything I needed to prepare a big breakfast for our crew of 6 adults. I would absolutely rent this house again if staying in Raleigh. I truly enjoyed it.

Loved staying at this beautiful house!

We came to Raleigh for our neice's wedding and this place was PERFECT for my husband & I, and our two daughters & their husbands because it had four bedrooms (I had another bedroom to go to when my husband starts his snoring) LOL. Very comfortable beds with soft, nice sheets. Alas, I didn't personally get to enjoy the master bedroom bc I let my oldest daughter & her husband have it but it sure was beautiful! We each had our own nice-sized bathroom too! Loved the outdoor space and ALSO this is a quiet neighborhood. We live out in the country so road noises & stereos in cars will annoy me but I didn't hear any road noise from outside at night. Beautiful neighborhood too and we have come away with a very good impression of Raleigh! I highly recommend staying here & I would definately stay again!

Beautiful home in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home, central to all kinds of fun activities, especially the horse show! Had to keep careful track of our dogs with the street traffic, but it all quieted down in the evening so sleep was peaceful- and the beds could not have been comfier!!! The view of the wooded back yard through the rows of windows was striking, and made hanging out in the living are, watching college basketball, like being in the forest. All made for a great get-away weekend in Raleigh. Thank you to these great hosts.

Great space for our group of friends

We came in town for a convention and liked being a short uber ride away. Great house, clean, comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. Nice kitchen.

My wife and I have managed our own personal rental properties for the past fifteen years and understand the importnance of a well maintained property. We are trying our hand at the short term lodging market.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I fell in love with this property because of its architectural detail, floor plan, and proximity to city trails. Best of all, our location is just 2 blocks from the Greenway Trail. Our family loves exploring the trail network in Raleigh as well as the walkability of the surrounding neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Very private setting with a great back porch, deck and patio. The setting feels like you are tucked in a mature forest. The two story wall of windows in the family room allows a great indoor view of the trees. The backyard is very secluded, quiet, and private.
