A supermarket and eateries are close by. These apartments are a perfect choice for small groups. Apartment 1 works well for 2 adults and 2 children.

Sunnyside Apartments share an in ground pool (new in 2016), 16' x 32', 4 feet deep with the two neighboring Terrace Lawn units.

Perfect Dreams Park Location

Apartment was better than expected!! Super clean, had everything we needed and super close to ballpark. Unit is as pictured, queen bed was comfy and we are so glad we stayed here. Convenient to grocery store and yummy little Jive Cafe!

Perfect location and everything we needed

This property is very close to the fields and perfect for a coach's spouse to stay. My husband and son were in the bunks and my younger son and I stayed here. It was great being so close. The apartment was equipped with linens, plates, pots/pans, etc. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect place to stay while our son was at Dreams Park. Loved meeting the families of the other players and having fires with them. Very clean! Great communication from owners. Even if there was a Ritz 20 minutes away and if they offered me a room for free, I’d still choose this lovely gem right across the street. After long days at the field, sometimes really late, it was great to know we just had to go across the street. Also, super convenient to go back to the duplex between games during breaks!

Convenient and Client

Sunnyside was the perfect place for our Cooperstown Dreams Park stay. It's across the street from the park (Dreams Park does not allow you to walk in). Our unit was clean and comfortable. Our daughter loved the pool for the little of but of down time we had. We had 4 games with rain delays and we're super thankful we could easily pop back over to dry off and eat and quickly get back when the game resumed. Super convient!
