About this property

2 Bedroom Ocean View Condo

2 Bedroom / 1 Bath Condo located on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the 18 unit condo complex at Surf Ranch Popoyo, one of the largest and newest resorts in the area.

All units are newly built with all modern amenities. The condo unit has a full kitchen with everything you need. Dining room table, full living room with couches and a Smart TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hot water, and an outdoor patio looking our at the Pacific Ocean.

The condo currently doesn't have a communal pool in front, but we have a communal pool for all condo guests only at a dedicated house that we have turned into a lounge / pool area.

Inaccurate listings

The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this helps for future stays.
