Yellow Bike Bungalow-Block from Bike Trail-Fireplace- Dog Friendly

Welcome to our spacious home in the heart of Hendersonville. Construction on this new home was completed in summer of 2022.
- Cozy up to the gas fireplace or head outdoors and enjoy the 6 person hot tub, back deck, or flagstone patio with fire table.
-Arrival to the bungalow is easily accessible with a level paved driveway in a quiet neighborhood.
-We also provide 4 Adult bikes and 2 child bikes for your enjoyment.

Enjoy all that Western NC has to offer.
-Our home is less than a block from the future Ecusta Trail, a 15 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride to Main Street Hendersonville with all the quaint shops and restaurants to enjoy.
-A 10 minute walk to Dry Falls Brewery or the newly opened Trail Side Brewery and a short drive to local Vineyards and Apple Orchards.

The open main floor boasts a large kitchen with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay, plenty of seating along the island or at the dining table, a cozy lounge area in front of the fireplace and ample seating in the living room for watching movies and relaxing.
This one level home has a Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom with a spacious spa like shower.
There are two ‘sister’ rooms with Queen beds that share the second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
A third room boasts a bunkbed the kids will love or use it as a private office with a dedicated work space and lots of natural light.

The two car garage provides an added hangout space complete with Table Tennis and Corn hole. So even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy these games.

All linens provided for your stay as well as a Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash and a few cleaning supplies for your convenience.

High speed internet, and cable are available to stay connected, work or stream your favorite shows.

We also welcome your family dogs (2 max.) and provide a fenced dog run, plenty of pet friendly blankets so they can cuddle up with you while relaxing, and doggie bags for easy cleanup outside.

Everything was wonderful, and you can’t beat the location! We had business to see to, as well as visit several surrounding areas, and this location was incredibly convenient, so close to the great multiuse trail, and downtown Hendersonville. We hope to be back soon!

The check in process was very easy, communication was great, and the house was very clean. There are a ton of things to do with a ping pong table, basketball goal, corn-hole, and bikes available. The location is great as well.

Me and my daughter loved the house ..abd it was centrally located in town but not too close to town..the st the house couldn't have been more perfect..very quiet and just a couple steps to the city walking trail. We bought my daughter boxer and we walked everywhere..the house was so clean and the open floor plan was great..the garage has a ping-pong table and we attempted to play that was fun ..the garage has bikes there too! Perfect backyard with patio and firepit really nice ..after exploring town we loved sitting by the gas fireplace relaxing ...if you ever watched Andy Griffith show Mayberry this is it!! We'll definitely be back..thank you much!!

Modern Mountain Escape

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to grocery store and other conveniences. Close to charming Main St. Hendersonville. Host is quick and detailed with communication. We loved the hot tub and nice yard. Kitchen is well-stocked if you plan to cook. Host made check in easy with detailed communication. While we didn't have time to use them, bikes are available to use at your own risk.

NC visit

The property was clean and well appointed, with a great floor plan. I had been concerned since pets are allowed, but it was very clean and no sign or odor from former pets with guests. Only suggestions would be full length mirrors in some of the bedrooms and maybe a small table and reading lamp in the queen bedrooms.

Anniversary Weekend Stay

We had a wonderful weekend exploring the Hendersonville area and this was the perfect home base. The house is spotless and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. We enjoyed the hot tub and having our coffee on the front porch. It was a short drive to town and easy to get to hiking and wineries. Would definitely stay here again

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed our time in Hendersonville and this home very much! It was clean, modern, and convenient to all of the hiking and other activities we did throughout the long weekend. Family trip

Extremely clean, comfortable property with plenty of space for our family and dog. Everything we needed was included, with lots of fun amenities too. Great location near downtown Hendersonville, which we had fun exploring. Close to hiking to waterfalls at DuPont State Forest, and about a 30 min drive from downtown Asheville. We had a fantastic stay.

Perfect stay

We (daughter, myself & husband) met our granddaughter, her husband and their 2 small dogs for a long weekend. We were very pleased with this property. Everything was clean and very well organized. We had an amazing family vacation here. Plenty of room for all six of us. Teens loved ping pong, basketball, games, and more. We made s’mores at the fire pit and spent a lot of time on the porches. We cooked our meals, and found everything fully equipped. Pristine even. Great location to access hikes, waterfalls, live music, and canoeing. The owners were available and helpful.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. My daughter and her two toddlers were supposed to come with my husband and I along with our two large dogs. They ended up not being able to come, but the house would have accommodated all of us very well. House looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable, they went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. We cooked a lot and they had good supplies. Other food/beverage options are a very short walk.

Celebrating my 40th birthday with family

My husband and I decided to take our 5 kids snow tubing at Moonshine Mountain for my 40th birthday, which led us to making a weekend out of it. My only complaint is that we didn’t have atleast one more day. The owner was very responsive with sending details like security and WiFi codes before we even asked and even recommendations of things to locally try. The house was equipped with a lot of things to use for outdoor entertainment which was fun for adults and kids. Unlike other homes that we have stayed in the past all big appliances, hot tub, etc were in perfect working condition. A very well kept home and close to everything in the Hendersonville area. Would definitely recommend if looking for a place in the area.

Quaint Bungalow in Hendersonville

We stayed at the Yellow Bike Bungalow with our 3 children (ages 11, 11, and 5) for 3 nights. We were staying in the area to drop our daughter off at Camp Greystone and wanted a house close to camp. The home was new, very clean, and was as advertised. Holly, the owner, was very helpful with our late check-in and answered all questions and addressed all of our concerns during our stay. The house had comfortable mattresses and bedding, and lots of fun things for our kids to keep busy doing: cornhole, basketball, ping pong, hot tub, bicycles, etc. Hendersonville has a lot to offer - highly recommend exploring downtown (we had a killer breakfast at Arabella, and a fantastic dinner at Shine). We hiked Triple Falls with our kids in the Dupont Forest - there were great photo opportunities and places for the kids to swim. I would highly recommend this rental property to renters with children, and would definitely book again!

Fabulous stay in Hendersonville

This was a perfect place for our family from different parts of the country to stay for our Thanksgiving dinner at Grandma’s house in Hendersonville. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. One of our favorite features was the ping pong table in the garage—we had quite the tournaments going. It was too chilly to partake in the outdoor features, but we sure enjoyed sitting around the warm gas fireplace inside. The large walk-in closet off the master bathroom had quite a few hangers and even two folding luggage racks, which were very helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. The house is centrally located near downtown Hendersonville and within about 10 minutes of anywhere else in Hendersonville that you might want to go for shopping or eating. (And only a couple minutes’ drive to Haus Heidelberg German Restaurant.) Thank you Holly for being such a thoughtful host.
