Our hostess Claudia provided us with a beautifully decorated, immaculate home stay. Everything was well done from the coffee/tea set ups and kitchen supplies to the abundant towels and linens. We loved the special design elements and the quality and comfort of the outdoor spaces. Too chilly to swim but simply an excellent stay in our favorite Little Havana neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay. The home was perfect for our needs with very comfortable beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom with spacious showers and much needed in our case hand held shower heads. The pool and back yard were very nice as well and the location is very central to Brickell and Coral Gables, located in Little Havana. We would def return to stay again!

Cute house close to a lot of things

Stayed in this house for an extended weekend. Love the way the house is decorated. Nice pool which was a nice temperature in July. Not a lot of storage but house was good sized. We used the grill which was nice. Close to Loan Depot Park.

Very good place overall

We enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean, spaces and well equipped. My family enjoyed eating outside. We loved the roosters chattering in the morning:). Even though the water in the pool was cold, we swam. The area in safe and everything in the 10-15minutes distance. The communication with the owner was pleasant and smooth.

About the host

Hosted by Claudia P Estrada

Host profile image
I’m originally from Colombia and a mother of two, and I absolutely love traveling. When I travel, I choose places that are attentive to details and provide excellent customer service—above all, they must be spotless and perfectly clean.

As a host, I hold myself to those same standards. I make sure my guests experience the same level of care, comfort, and cleanliness that I look for when I stay at other properties. My priority is to provide a welcoming, immaculate space where guests can feel relaxed and taken care of.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it has the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and charm. It’s peaceful and family-friendly, yet close to everything you need—restaurants, great shopping, coffee spots, and easy access to the main roads. It feels safe, relaxed, and welcoming.

What I enjoy most is how easy it is to live like a local here. You can explore, dine, grab a coffee, take a walk, and still feel like you’re coming back to a calm, comfortable home base. It’s a place where you can truly enjoy your stay and get the best of both worlds: quiet when you want it, and access to everything when you need it.
