Family Getaway

We had an AWESOME time at this resort everything was exactly as stated. My grandchildren didnt want to go home they had such a great time! We are already discussing another visit! Thanks Madison for s wonderful time! 😊

The property was just as described. The entire party commented on how much room we had. Easy to get to all Williamsburg attractions. I would rent again.

We were extremely happy with everything about the resort, except the check in process. We drove 9 hours from Ohio, and we were all tired. We were suppose to be able to check in and get into our rooms after 4pm and when we arrived at 4:30 we were told our rooms were not ready and it would be at least an hour longer and they would call me when our rooms were available. I received no call and after 2 hours I went back to the desk and the lady who was suppose to notify me wasn’t even working. I had to explain the situation to a different woman, and she said our rooms were available. That was the only issue we had with the resort!

Older but nice

Loved the pools and ghost tour!! Sadly, the activities center didn’t have supplies for the activities listed. One unit was very clean while the other needed to be vacuumed. We also ran into issues with a broken washer in one unit (that was never repaired) and stovetop light out in 225D. Wonderful full court basketball court with sport court but only one basket?…. And missing a cable in the one cable weight machine at the gym. Things that could be remedied to keep it up to date and feeling more like a resort than a motel. But was easy access to so many things and felt safe.

This was not for a townhouse. It was an upper and lower room that was separate. The property told me it was the expedias fault bc the description was wrong. The room had spider / cob webs throughout both units. It must not have been cleaned before we came. There was Spg sauce in the refrigerator that was never cleaned out. Very disappointed!
