Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat located on 116 acres in Edgar, Montana. Wake up to the sounds of nature; birds, the Clark's Fork River and sometimes cows.
This home has been lovingly renovated with lots of extras but it's still a work in progress outdoors. More amenities to come!!

Beautiful farm property. We loved the proximity to Billings. Loft served well as a 4th bedroom . Owner was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled from NC in order to visit family friends Its the first time I have been in Montana, it was gorgeous and the house was a fantastic place to recharge for our trip back home.

Perfect retreat

Exceeded my expectations. Nice home with nice touches. Comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms, plenty of space to spread out. The Edgar Bar is a must, might be the best steak in MT…nice bonus feature. For the adventurous, a little waking along the river. Amanda was responsive. Would definitely go again.

Honestly one of my favorite VRBO's, was exactly as described and more. The deck was lovely to sit and have coffee on in the morning and wine at night. So peaceful and beautiful! The owner has thought of everything including bathrobes. House is set up perfectly with lots of nice touches. Communication was great, we had to delay our trip a few months due to a family medical issue and was so accommodating to our needs. We will be back next year when visiting family/friends in the area! Thank you again.
