The Long Version:
The House
* No stairs in this ranch-style, stucco home
* Vaulted ceilings
* Enclosed laundry room with TWO washers
* Elegantly and comfortably furnished
* Central heating and cooling
* Three parking spaces in front of garage and additional off street parking on the side of the house
* Tile flooring throughout except in the first three bedrooms

The Bedrooms
* Room 1: Spacious primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity), king bed, walk-in closet, full-length mirror, reading nook, dresser, two night stands and a TV

* Room 2: Queen bed with closet, two night stands, a desk and a TV

* Room 3: Large room with one twin bunk bed (400 lbs. weight limit on the lower twin bunk and 300 lbs weight limit on the upper twin bunk) and another adult-sized full bunk bed (300 lbs. weight limit on the top bunk), closet, selection of children's books, and a TV

(Bunk beds do carry a risk of falling, so guests use them at their own risk and the owners are not responsible for injuries caused by falls from the bunk beds)

The Kitchen
