Overall, a good stay with basic amenities. Stayed for a conference nearby, so location was very convenient. Good for small groups. If staying with a larger group or depending on the kitchen for large or frequent meals, the amenities might not be adequate. Main room TV often slow or crashed for streaming services.

My husband and I had a great stay. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Had all the essentials and the little extras for a welcoming stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Comfy living area to relax after our day hikes and eat in. The covered patio was nice to have a bite in the shade. Beds were comfortable. Carla is very responsive and easy checkin checkout. Highly recommend as a cozy and welcoming home to explore the surrounding areas.

A cozy place

We were staying in the area with our baby girl because my dad lives nearby and it was a cozy and comfortable home away from home. Communication with the host was easy and timely and the space was as advertised, including having a place for our baby to sleep. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We weren’t there much, just needed basics. The home was comfortable, but could use some updates. The backyard was not really a place to relax with dirt yard, weeds. The host was quick to answer any questions.

Thank you for your response. The yard in back is actually white gravel and because you were there 4 hours after the other party checked out the landscapers did not have a chance to get in there and clear the weeds. We don't like to have people working there invading the privacy of our guests. Upgrades are done as time permits between stays. Please recommend what upgrades you would like to see. The porch area in back is actually a covered patio with artificial grass and has two tables to enjoy the outdoors. We are open to all suggestions. Thank you for your feedback.

Felt like a place to call home

My family of 4 stayed here and really enjoyed the house. There was enough space for everyone to have their downtime. Looked like a great neighborhood, we always felt safe. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

I have a cleaning lady that cleans after each stay. The inflatable mattress has since been replaced with a queen size bed as the guest was not happy with the mattress as described in the 2rd bedroom.
