A great place to relax and unwind. Light open airy & immaculate spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 2 baths. Main bedroom ensuite and Hall bath. Baths are stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and hand soap. Recently remodeled with a great kitchen open to the dining area for wonderful meals with the whole group or game nights. This is a clean comfortable house with plenty of places to relax. It is on a quiet half acre with views of the Sandia mountains from the front and back yards and amazing sunsets from the spacious back yard. Living room has recliners, couch, smart tv, dvd player with a large selection of dvd's, games, books and a basket of blankets. Hot Air Balloons, roadrunners, quail and dove are often seen on or around the property. Plenty of storage space for long stays. Central heating and air conditioning.
Kitchen is stocked with the essentials - Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, blender, coffee, tea, breakfast items, olive oil, spices, some condiments and more. Everything you need to make a meal is provided except the food. Gas stove with electric convection oven. Plenty of counter space. Washer and Dryer are in laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets. There is a 2 car garage for parking convenience and a door opener is available once inside. Pull in, unload right into house and relax. Streaming from both TV's - living room and main bedroom are available. Bedrooms have comfortable beds with all linens and extra blankets. Main Bedroom has king bed, smart TV, attached master bath, dresser, ceiling fan and nightstands with storage. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet and nightstands with storage. 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, closet and nightstand with storage. Plenty of storage for clothes and any shopping items you may bring back with you.
There is a covered patio / latilla courtyard with a BBQ grill in the back so you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and wildlife. Outside the courtyard is the rest of the 1/2 acre with plenty of space for play. Lots of sand for the kids and a firepit with mountain view. There is a horseshoe pit, a volleyball court with balls provided, and Corn Hole is available for fun outdoor play. There is room for off street RV parking in the second driveway next to house.

Donna's place was immaculately clean and so peaceful. We appreciated the space for all of us to spread out and the kitchen was stocked perfectly for our needs. Hello, my name is Donna Codd and I am currently retired and doing some traveling of my own so I understand how important a comfortable, safe, quiet place to stay that includes everything you need is. I have had rental properties for over 30 years and this is my second VRBO property. I stay at Casa Tranquila about once a month so I am constantly upgrading the house and amenities. I hope you find everything you need and then some. If not please let me know so I can fix it.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet out of the fray neighborhood with lots of space so you don't feel overwhelmed by anything. The house is also close to shopping restaurants and destinations which I love because I don't enjoy driving in traffic. It is the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

The house has been recently remodeled so it is a clean beautiful space to enjoy. Being on half an acre gives you room for everyone. The property has a fenced back yard and plenty of sand for the kids and dogs to play. Sand toys can be found on the back patio which is covered and has a table and chairs for the adults to enjoy while the dogs and kids play. There are currently no homes behind the property so you can see for miles and enjoy the birds, bunnies, roadrunners and hot air balloons.
