You are within a short drive to Las Vegas, St. George, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, and many UTV Trails.

This amazing condo is completely furnished. The sleeping arrangements include a king, two queen beds, and a pullout.

To enter this condo you walk up a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and in the Master bedroom, you will walk up another set of stairs. The condo entrance is not ADA-ACCESSIBLE.

Thank you, John, for staying with us. The heat and air conditioning can be turned on and off remotely. With a Google Nest thermostat, adjusting the temperature is as simple as turning the dial to the right for more heat and to the left for less. I will document this more clearly in our welcome guide. Stopped for the night on our family road trip. Arrived early and we were allowed to check in 30 minutes early which is a BIG deal when it’s 114 degrees and you have two small children (4 and 2) and they need to get out of the car and walk and explore.
