Tucked back against a quiet hill, this townhome has a front balcony to enjoy the sweet mountain air and star gaze! Our home is a short walk to many mom & pop shops, restaurants, breweries, grocery store, spirits, and family friendly winter/summer events. This property is also located a short drive to many hiking trails, mine tours, mountain lakes, sledding and a 17 minute drive to Lookout Ski Mountain and a 14 minute drive to Silver Mountain Ski Resort and a 19 minute drive to the beautiful Hiawatha Bike Trail! Check out the Center of The Universe or find the Stairway to Heaven and learn more about the area!
