A vacation oasis! Walk to the beach & heated pool & spa! This beautiful, inviting home is centrally located & ready for you to enjoy. "Casablanca Beachside" is a 3 bed/2 bath home. Includes a heated pool with hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bikes & plenty of beach gear. A short walk, bike ride or drive to the beach. Located just minutes from Cocoa Beach, Ron Jon surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral & local restaurants. We are also less than 30 minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, USSSA Space Coast Complex and the Brevard Zoo. Every May you can watch thunder on the Beach boat racing. If you are up for a day at the theme parks we are about 1 hour away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & all the great attractions in the Orlando area.

Lovely and close to the beach

We had a nice time. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach some mornings and swimming in the pool everyday

A perfect property!

My husband and I chose this spot as a place to meet up with our two 20-something daughters for Thanksgiving. We feel so fortunate to have been able to spend the week at this beautiful gem! Our hosts made every effort to make us feel at home from the first minute, making sure the kitchen was stocked with some basic staples and providing K cups, and a welcome gift of snacks and waters. The interior feels like a high end bungalow rental at a four star resort. We had pre-ordered a full on Thanksgiving dinner and had no trouble at all preparing it in the beautifully appointed kitchen. One of our daughters spent the week with us, but had to work. It was easy for her because two of the bedrooms have small desks to provide a private workspace. The outside of the property offered a wonderful place to relax with a pool, built-in spa, barbecue area, and fire pit. The location is an easy walk to the beach and for those who prefer to drive there is parking near the beach. It was also very easy to get to stores and restaurants even though the house is a block off the main road so it feels very quiet. I had to contact our host twice. The first time I did not understand some of the operation of the pool controls and the second time was for a minor issue that I needed to let them know about. In both cases, they were extremely helpful, quick to respond and very understanding. I highly recommend this property!

We are a family of 4 who live near Cocoa Beach. My husband and I grew up not far from Cocoa Beach and we love how this town has grown into a beautiful place to visit and call home.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a quiet community within Cocoa Beach and is just .4 miles from the beach. It's an easy walk and an even more enjoyable bike ride! There are so many other activities to do beyond visiting Cocoa Beach such as our local rivers where you can rent a boat or enjoy other water sports. Taking a cruise? Port Canaveral is 15 minutes north of this home. You can visit Kennedy Space Center, take a day trip to a theme park or stay local and shop local or visit the original Ron Jons Surf Shop.
