Great stay in Cocoa Beach.

We had a great time this past weekend in Cocoa Beach. The house was clean, equipped and very conveniently located to the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. It is the perfect house for the whole family. Adam was very responsive and made the check in/check out process a breeze. Highly recommended if you are looking for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Adam, for all your help.

Great house and location

House was large enough for 2 families of 4. Kids loved the pool and the fact it was heated the entire time. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Very close to shops/restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Would stay here again

Family Vacation

Awesome property! The house was very spacious for our family of 10. We loved the heated pool, it was a hit with the kids in our group. Close walking distance to the ocean and very quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond to questions we had. We definitely made memories and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Location

Great property for a family to spread out and relax. Sunroom, living room, patio by the pool......a spot for everyone. Easy walk to the beach, local golf courses, Putt-Putt, An hour from world class bass fishing, and from Disney. Restaurants, Coffee shops, Ice Cream all just blocks away. Would definitely rent this property again.
