Joel and Cindy have lived in Encinitas for over 40 years and acquired Hope House in 2020, after which it was extensively remodeled. We love hosting guests and sharing our beautiful city with them.
Why they chose this property
Hope House is located on a quiet street close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trail with easy access to Interstate 5. The property is kid and pet friendly with a large fenced, private back yard and a beautiful front deck with oceans views.
