Make the first tracks on the mountain, then return to unwind in the on-site hot tubs. More après-ski relaxation awaits at nearby One Ski Hill Place, highlights of which include an aquatic center, a bowling alley, and the T-Bar pub.

Step out to your private balcony for excellent views of the ski resort. Inside your third-floor condo, you’ll find comfy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a well-appointed kitchen.

Spring Break Getaway

As advertised, great location a stones throw from the Peak 7 lift. Very convenient ski lockers made getting on/off slopes easy.

Stones throw to lifts

Well appointed, darling decorating, cozy condo with comfortable beds and a kitchen set up to actually cook in. One of the best we’ve stayed at in Crystal Peak!

Perfect location for ski in and ski out. Entertainment right out side the patio. The Condo was clean and very cozy. Would recommend this property to any one looking for a true ski on and ski out experience. Thank you so much Brian for the perfect accommodations.

Ski trip in family

This is the most comfortable and well located place in Breck. The unit is very good! Fully renovated. The view is unbelievable!!!! I really recommend!!!!!!

Great stay

Property was well kept and in a great position on the mountain. There’s a gondola right outside that will take you to peak 8 or the town. I couldn’t get the main lock box open but they had a backup to get the keys. Overall a great experience.

Hard to beat this location!

Location, location, location! Literally 10 feet from the lift at the base of Peak 7. Or a 1 minute gondola ride to the base of Peak 8. Very prompt responses from the host. Decent space, spacious well-equipped kitchen, cozy decor, a welcome bag w/ waters and snacks. Nice hot tubs and gym. Great stay!

Spring break ski adventure

This is our 3rd year staying at Crystal Peak Lodge for spring break. This year we were lucky to find Brian’s rental. The location was great! It was very nice being able to grab/return the keys from a lockbox at the property. We usually have to stop offsite to get them, and after the long day of travel we had, it was wonderful not to have another stop. Brian left a nice welcome bag and our kids enjoyed the snacks in there. We were lucky to have no issues so we didn’t have to reach out at all during our stay. We will be looking at this property again possibly for next year!
