Terrible Customer Service
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

One-star cleanliness at an otherwise four star resort. Unit 7000 appeared to look "clean" however the dust was irritating my eyes, asthma and allergies. I wrote my name in the dust on the mantle above the fireplace and sent management a picture. Found a cluster of fake eyelashes embedded in the blanket underneath the bedspread. I don't wear fake lashes. There was black mold in the guest shower. The unit across the hall had some sort of remodeling going on the entire stay I was there it was extremely noisy and messy. Then on my last night, I went to use the washing machine and found old wet men's underwear. I try to be a reasonable person and dust on the first night during Mudd season OK I'm not gonna be a Karen... but then I found the fake eyelash the next night, but had unpacked my things, at that point I had to decide is it worth it complaining about dust and fake eyelashes that aren't mine to pack up all my things and move to another unit? But then I found the underwear and that's when I sent the litany of disgusting things I found to management and they had 14 hours to at least come clean the mold with some bleach do a good dusting and vacuum and remove the underwear but they did nothing.
