Welcome to one of Riverside’s charming historic neighborhoods, "The wood streets". Wood Streets offers perhaps the most cohesive neighborhood design to be found in the City of Riverside. Street and neighborhood designs reflect a very traditional aesthetic. The rigid grid layout of the community streets, coupled with their narrow width and beautiful landscaping, perpetuate a 1920’s neighborhood character. The homes of this neighborhood reflect the designs of the early part of this century and nearly all the homes were built prior to World War Two. A tour of this area can quickly demonstrate the remarkable variety, and beauty, of architectural styles in use at that time.

Located within minutes distance to downtown riverside, known for its multiple historical landmarks and exhibits such as the Mission Inn, Fox theater and the Riverside Art Museum. Prime area for a mix of active nightlife entertainment and highly rated restaurants.

A quick reminder: our gardener, Francisco, will be by on Wednesday between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to maintain the outdoor areas. If you have pets outside, please bring them in and kindly pick up any items on the grass so he can work efficiently. Thank you! 😊

• Pet Fee: $125 per animal. We are happy to host your well-behaved pets.

• Refundable Security Deposit of $500.
