At first glance, we wanted to turn away. But, for what we paid, we accepted it. Had to go ask for a blanket, because there wasn't one on the bed. The coffee pot had to be cleaned before it could be used. That's when I realized there were no cups. Hand soap,semi attached to the wall, kept falling. Oh yes, I almost forgot the best part! Dirty wash rag on the shower curtain rod,drapes torn, carpet needed cleaned. I would never have a friend of mine stay here.

We were very disappointed with this property from the moment we walked into the lobby door. Everything was in disarray. The attendant was off-putting that we arrived at 2:50pm for 3pm check-in. She kept saying, 'they haven't dropped the rooms yet' You can't check in and then reluctantly got us started anyway. When others arrived, she was like, 'you're 5th in line!' The room itself was clean but missing shampoo bottle in shower. The water did not drain out of tub, showered in water up to my ankles. I did let the front desk know about this but they did not seem concerned: "oh they know. we don't have maintenance. I'll write it down" but she never did. Fire alarm went off in the afternoon 5/23 and we proceeded to evacuate but nobody else was around. I went to lobby to ask about situation and they said, "it's fine. it's not your building, but she didn't even ask what room I was in..." There was signage about fire alarm system not working properly.
