About this property

Within a half mile walk, you will experience the conveniences of living inclose proximity to hip eateries and shops, Beaverton Farmer's Market, public transit, and a short drive to shopping and freeway access.
The space
This bungalow combines a farmhouse feel with a modern open concept. Fully stocked kitchen with island and large dining room. Fully fenced yard has a new hot tub and dog run. With a long driveway there is no problem finding parking.

You will find three spacious bedrooms set for comfort and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom access and queen beds, while the third has a full size bed. The primary bedroom has a small work desk and streaming TV.

Another fantastic feature is the back deck and hot tub in the fully fenced back yard, that’s enjoyable year round. Day or night under the brightly lit market lights.

Whether you are in town for work or pleasure, the Central Beaverton Bungalow has everything you need to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Great family get together.

We wanted a place to spend quality time with our grandchildren and Don' s property was perfect for that..the enclosed garden gave a safe place for our puppy and grandchildren to play and the kitchen was well stocked to prepare home cooked meals. We will use this property again in the years to come.

lovely place, great hottub

Don's place was wonderful! We wanted a nice little house to relax and unwind for a few days, and this house did the trick. the hot tub was wonderful and beds were comfortable. Don was really responsive with communication and we'd happily stay here again!

Great location and quality

The checkin process was smooth and Don left great instructions for anything we needed. The hot tub was great, as was the wifi which was very important to me. There were some small issues with the house, including one part of the stove not working and a bathroom door not closing, but these were mostly cosmetic issues. My stay was great, and I would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful Memories

This home was perfect for our family get together! We were 5 guests and had other visitors for dinner and playing games. Plenty of room for all! The hot tub was delightful after a long day of walking at the coast. Great location and the home was clean and perfectly stocked with all we needed.
