Beautiful home and awesome host

The townhouse is very nice! Clean, air-conditioned and the best part, a washer and drier. I tend to travel light so that’s always a plus. 10/10

Great location, needs work on kitchen and upstairs bathrooms

The location of the property and communication with the host was fantastic! On par with expectations. The neighbors next door were rude however. The house looked like a family was there and had just checked out, and the place was not cleaned. We arrived at 2 am, so decided to stay. The kitchen was very dirty, the stove looked like it had never been cleaned, the sink had old food in the pipes, the window above the kitchen sink had food stains. The refrigerator smelled like stale food. The mats needed cleaning. There was only a coupler rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay. The beds seemed like it had bed bugs. I tried hard to find positive here. The property and host has a good potential, but need to address these areas stated previously to improve.

Thank you for your review. Will make every effort to improve on par with your recommendations. This guest seemed to think he was in a 5 star hotel expecting full range of amenities for the minimal price of the accommodation. No where was a full stock of toilet paper promised. Despite reviewing rules of the property he disobeyed and breached parking rules. After investigation regarding the bed bugs, pest control determined there were no bed bugs. Instead of messaging me privately about the issue he chose to mischievously publish a serious allegation such as this on this platform. He will not be recommended as a guest for other hosts. Too problematic.
