WARNING: THEY DON'T OFFER PARKING!. We arrived around Midnight and were told to park 5 minutes away / and use an App to find a parking spot DESPITE empty parking spaces on the property. They will tow you and fine you $200 if you park on the property, again, DESPITE having many empty parking spaces.

This was a great option for where I needed to be. It was close to shopping and within 3-5 miles of some great things to do. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Parking was not the easiest because it was permit parking but I never got a ticket. Also easy enough to park elsewhere and Uber to the apartment.

Book at your own risk
Late and complicated check-in (not sure we would have access to the unit) - scalding hot water - cold in apartment - marijuana smell all throughout indoor common areas - bathroom sink completely backed up - street parking available overnight during the week until 7:00 a.m. and terrifying domestic fight (pounding, slamming and yelling in the unit above us where the police came out two times (3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.). The hosts have a Minut Noise Monitoring device on site and could easily affirm our fear and safety with the above apartment. This property is also listed on most major rental sites. The hosts could have cared less about our horrific experience - never offered a refund - gave us the complete run-around with absolutely no follow-up nor we were offered an alternative place to stay. VBRO was no help either. Noted on one of their other rental sites, we would have been fined over $500.00 if we created any noise complaints like what we experienced. Places like this should never be rented out. A negative review on this property was also removed.

This apartment met my needs well enough. It was within walking distance to the friend I was visiting, I enjoyed the decor, vintage design, well equipped kitchen and multiple windows. I was unable to adjust the temperature, there were no extra blankets and evenings were uncomfortably chilly. I received no communication for checkout or a response to my email after I left. Even so, I would stay again because of its perfect location.
