-- The base rate is based on 6 guests. There is an extra fee of $25 per person per night over SIX guests to a maximum of TEN and this includes children and infants. This pricing allows smaller groups and families to enjoy my home without paying the same price as larger groups.
-- Same day bookings require a message before booking to ensure we can accommodate the request.
