About this property

Two bedroom condo unit sleeps up to eight guests. Full kitchen is perfect for a quick lunch or preparing a full dinner. Bedroom one has four single beds (two sets of bunks). Bedroom two has a queen size bed along to two single beds (one bunk). Gas fireplace in the living area. Cable TV and WIFI included. Ski locker is available for renter use in the lower level. Building one is closest to the pool building. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Very cozy, welcoming stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time we are staying in this unit (first one was a few seasons ago). We love the North Peak Condos but unit 1-111 has been great - clean, warm, cozy. Allowing to use the ski locker and changing area was a huge bonus.

Great home base for skiing Sunday River

Fantastic location to maximize ski time. Well appointed unit. Outdoor heated pool was a bonus for the kids.

Sunday River Gem!

This condo was perfect for my family and me. It was spacious, had all the necessary amenities and even extras (board games, puzzles, etc.) to make us feel "at home!" The location is amazing and super convenient for skiing (we even had no snow until the last day, but it was very easy to get to the chair lifts, regardless.) I recommend this place to any and all that are looking forward to a getaway at Sunday River!
