EAGLE BEACH - OCEAN FRONT LUXURY CONDO - AMAZING VIEWS!

This modern and spacious condominium is located on the beach front at Eagle Beach which is rated one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. From the condominium you have wonderful views of the white sandy beach, turquoise water and spectacular sunsets.

The condo is registered and certified by the Aruba Tourism Authority which has implemented a strict set of protocols to ensure enhanced cleaning practices and social distancing measures.

Tastefully decorated, the condo has an extra large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. It offers 2 double bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with twin beds. Each bedroom has a large built–in cupboard with ample space and the Queen bedroom has a wall mounted TV. There is a full modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer. The living/dining area is spacious with comfortable settees and chairs and has a panoramic sea view.

There is a separate glass top dining table with chairs for more formal dining. The lounge has a wall mounted 55’’ Smart TV with free cable system and broadband wireless internet connection. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and large breakfast bar with bar stools. The lounge area opens on to a large L shaped balcony with tables and chairs enabling you to eat and drink outside in comfort. There is also a further guest wash room. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The resort facilities include four large swimming pools, pool decks with lounge chairs and palapas (sunshades), tennis, padel, pickel and raquet ball courts, gym, saunas, children’s playroom, business centre and management office.

The condominium is situated in the low rise area. Within walking distance there are many restaurants, hotels/resorts, casinos and health/beauty spas. It is also minutes away from the Robert Trent 18-hole golf course and only 5 minutes away by car to the high rise area with many hotels, restaurants, bars, night clubs, casinos, cinemas, live theatre and health/beauty spas.

The capital Oranjestad with its duty free designer shops, restaurants, bars, casinos, museums and picturesque harbour is only 10 minutes away and the Reina Beatrix airport is 15 minutes. There is a bus stop outside the resort and taxis are readily available.

Aruba is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy what the friendly island has to offer. It is outside the hurricane belt and has an all year round tropical climate so you can visit any time of the year without a worry. What more can you wish for!

Great location and condo

Really enjoyed our stay. Solid collection of needs provided. We had our own snorkeling equipment, but they had some, plus beach chairs, beach towels, and a fully loaded kitchen. Also, we were spoiled… Eagle Beach a few steps out the door is one of the nicest beaches. The beaches near the tower hotels are far less pleasant!Communicative and helpful staff and owners. If I could buy this unit, I would!

Beautiful, clean, and well appointed condo in great location at Eagle Beach. The condo is even nicer than the pictures! The furniture and beds were comfortable, and it was SO well stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, floaties, and snorkeling equipment. The owners were wonderful at communicating and sent detailed instructions with lots of helpful tips about Aruba. The condo complex had several beautiful pools (the nearest one to the condo was the quieter one- just as nice as the main pools but not as busy- easy to get loungers in the shade)- and the beach just across the street was beautiful and not at all crowded- especially compared with the packed areas in front of adjacent resorts. There is also a gym, business center, and game room just outside our building. HIGHLY recommend!!

Beach view condo

Great location, beautiful views. Condo has everything that you need. Pool is just in front of the condo, and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for your vacation. Perfect place to unwind. Pool area was beautiful and quiet. Chairs were always available, unlike many resorts we have stayed at in Aruba previously. We would definitely return to this property again!

17 day stay at Oceania

Stayed with our (young) family for an extended amount of time and had an absolute blast. The pool was great for our kids, and the quick walk across the street to the beach couldn’t have been better. The condo was spotless upon arrival and nice and comfortable with the a/c set. It was extremely hot during our stay, in the 90’s with minimal breeze 24/7 so it was a nice place to come take a break during the day. Any issue the owners resolved in short time. We will be booking with them again!

Best Beach on the Island

We just returned from Aruba and our stay at this location was amazing! The condo is very spacious and very clean! The view from the condo is amazing! We loved the location! We had fantastic communication with Ted and Marilyn. Anytime we had a question they responded very quickly. We would highly suggest anyone looking at this property to stay here. All of the people on the property were very nice and courteous! We felt very safe on the island and are looking forward to a return visit! Perfect in every way

The owner of this property thought of everything. They even provided shopping bags so we wouldn’t have to purchase at the local market. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the sitting room. Great views and perfect location. The pool on this side is much quieter than the other.

Top-Notch!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aruba! This condo is located directly across from Eagle beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and conveniently close to a Super Food Market and the downtown. We enjoyed the 4 pools, use of the 2 fitness rooms and tennis courts. When we arrived a property manager greeted us and walked us through the entire condo and also provided excellent recommendations for shopping, eating, and activities. This was an excellent place to stay!

We were greeted by Anna the minute we arrived at the property. Anna provided an informative overview of the property. She was so incredibly friendly! The property was delightful! It was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful! Great location; close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. We felt so safe! Paradise

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this property, great access to the beach and pool area. We rented a car for the week, convenient assigned parking spot available. The beds were comfy, condo was very clean and had great amenities. We made dinner one night and had plenty of pots and pans /dishes. Beautiful veranda. Beach chairs and cooler/ice packs were provided which was amazing and convenient. Check in and check out process was smooth. Would certainly stay again!

A "Slice of Paradise"!

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful Condo - It just never disappoints!! Everything from the Booking to the Return of the Security Deposit flows smoothly and efficiently. The Condo itself is immaculate and supplied with everything you need for your stay (w/ the exception of Groceries that can be bought at SuperFoods, a short Taxi ride away). Eagle Beach is the focal point but the Pools are amazing also! I know we'll be back - Love this Island !!

Relaxing and Beautiful

Such a stunning view upon walking in. It was so nice that there were items available for us to use during our stay, such as chairs and a cooler to take to the beach, swim floaties and pool noodles, even bags for going to the grocery store. We also were thankful for the spices and condiments that were available as well. We loved the pool and gym. Security staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a question and the owners responded immediately and were so friendly. Amazing vacation!

Comfortable condo in a great location.

This condo looks exactly the same in person as it does in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were comfortable with great closets. Perfectly located at Eagle beach, away from the crowds and close to the supermarket . The pools were never crowded, always clean and they are pretty big. There are beach chairs and a cooler in the condo that we used every day. We are a family of 4, with a 13 & 14 years old and the condo was spacious enough for everyone. We are very happy with our choice. It was great vacation!

Pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, and comfortable. Has all appliances and kitchenware. Located on the third floor. The resort was quite empty (March, 2021) which was a plus for covid distancing. Located across the road from Eagle Beach which is wide and with nice sand. This part of the beach was not crowded at all, so umbrellas (palapas) were always available. There is a nice paved path along the beach for evening walks. Resort is well maintained, pools are clean and empty. Resort is gated, so parking is safe. Property management agents are very welcoming and available to advice.

Great Time!

It is a very nice condo. The view to the right is nice-pretty views of the complex and Eagle Beach beyond. The left view is of a construction site, but it can be over looked since since the rest is so lovely. Lots of space in the kitchen and living area. The complex is super-very well kept. It feels very safe as well. The pools are great and clean. The walk to Eagle Beach takes just a couple of minutes and is really easy even with chairs and beach bags. We walked to both Passions and Mangos for dinners, but the 5 minute drive to Madame Jeanette is worth it. It was a delicious dinner! There are lots of grocery stores close by as well. Ling and Sons was our favorite. Communicating with the owners was easy and they responded promptly each time.

Convenience and comfort!

We are very happy with our decision to stay in Ted & Marilyn's condo!! We had all the comforts of home conveniently located to beautiful Eagle Beach and the numerous restaurants on Palm Beach. We rented a car so it was a quick 5 minute drive to Palm Beach where there was plenty of parking available. One of my favorite restaurants is Azzurro at Playa Linda. Delicious Italian seafood with amazing views of the sunset! We did not cook dinners at the condo but kitchen is stocked with everything you need should choose to dine in. We did love the fact that there were beach chairs - 4 to be exact - and noodles for floating in the crystal clear waters of Eagle Beach. We had no issues securing a shady spot under one of the numerous sun huts on the beach in front of the condo complex. The same is true should you decide to relax poolside. We loved our stay and are certain you will too! Thank you Marilyn and Ted for making the process so easy and for sharing your beautiful condo!!

Fantastic family vacation !

My husband and I traveled with our two adult children ages 20 and 18. There was plenty of space for all of us. We throughly enjoyed the condo, the complex and the location!!The complex seems pretty big but during this time of year (Christmas week) there didn’t seem to be too many people. Many times we had the pool to ourselves which was great! We never had to worry about finding a spot at the pool. Our little section of the beach in front of the condo is between two very busy areas but our section was not too busy. I think people from the cruises get dropped off just south and north of us causing a large amount of people in both directions but our space was fairly quiet. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed everything about this trip!! The only negative had nothing to do with the condo but Super Foods was incredibly busy the days leaving up to Christmas! We could barely get through the store to find what we needed. The check out line was over an hour both times we went. It was complete chaos inside and in the parking lot. Despite that small issue we will definitely be back!! We love Aruba!! Thanks for sharing your home with us and allowing us to come a day early to avoid our storm at home! We enjoyed that extra day!!

The most relaxing beach vacation ever!

Before booking this trip, I think I looked at every available lodging on the island. My husband and I kept coming back to this one. The owners, Ted and Marilyn, were responsive to all our questions and booking the condo was very easy. We arrived tired and ready to rest. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-appointed and we were able to relax immediately. Numerous restaurants and a wonderful grocery store are all within walking distance. With two teenagers who do not want to be up before noon, it was great to have breakfast at the condo and not have to worry about running to a restaurant. It was also nice to bring a picnic to the beach. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are all provided and again, it was wonderful to simply relax on the beach under a palapa and not worry about where we would get lunch. Eagle Beach is so beautiful and yet even when we did not make it out to the beach until 11 am, finding a palapa was no problem. We went into Palm Beach once and were so glad we were staying at Eagle Beach. Every night we had beautiful sunsets and the water was fabulous for swimming. We spent a lot of time on the very large balcony, listening to birds and looking at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept better than we do at home. We have done a number of beach vacations, but this was our first visit to Aruba. It was truly the most relaxing vacation we have ever had and we hope we can get back soon!

Aruba beach condo

We stayed at Ted & Marilyn's condo for 9 nights from 6/27 - 7/6. It worked great for us with 2 teenagers. The condo was furnished with everything. We didn't have to bring beach stuff, which helped lightened our luggage. This may sound silly, but I especially loved the thick towels instead of the typical cheap thin towels that hotels and other places usually provide. The washer dryer unit was a big plus that we could washed our clothes anytime we want. The condo was roomy that if some family were to stay an extended period of time and want to entertain, they could easily host a party for a few people. Ted & Marilyn were always helpful and quick in answering any questions we had. Judy, the manager, was nice and punctual with check in and out. The resort was nice and quiet since it was non-peak season, not many people. The workout facility was great for us to keep in shape; although, a couple equipment were not working but not a big deal. The short walk across the street to the beach was great. The different pools were also nice; but we just used the pool in front of our unit. Short walks to nearby restaurants, shops and ice cream for desserts after dinner was a treat. We felt safe in the area with security walking the ground during the day and night. Aruba is a beautiful island!! We spent majority of the time at the beach and around the resort. We enjoyed our stay and was sad it flew by quickly. We'd come back again and would stay here. An amazing condo retreat on a picturesque island!!

First let me start by thanking Ted and Marilyn for renting us their home. From my very first inquiry to my last correspondence, they were very fast to respond. They provided me with all the details and clearly explained the rental agreement. It was quickly clear to me, they were very welcoming, professional and made the process go smoothly. The management team on the island met us on time, gave us a tour of the property, and made us feel immediately comfortable. Within two days of returning home Ted & Marilyn sent us our security deposit, that's quick! I can't say enough about this little slice of heaven called Aruba! We just returned and cannot wait to get back. This home is simply wonderful, the pictures are right on! The views are amazing and all our needs were fully met or exceeded. The condo was very clean, modern and ideally located. The furnishings and decorations were modern and well kept. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The L Shaped Balcony is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunset!! Very comfortable beds and furniture. The TV & Wi-Fi worked very good with no issues. They had everything you could want in the kitchen to prepare meals as you would at home. We felt very safe, comfortable and very much at home. The property itself is immaculate and well maintained. It has four gorgeous pools, beautiful gardens, gym, and poolside bathrooms. They have 24 hour security who were all very nice. They provided the use of beach chairs, towels and a cooler which was very useful. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world is literally located steps away from the condo. There's nothing more one could ask for when renting a vacation home. We look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks again Ted & Marilyn!

The water is always warm and the sea at Eagle Beach is calm and good for swimming. The culinary skills of the chefs at the many reasonably priced restaurants are highly recommended and the variety of products at the supermarkets is some of the best in the Caribbean.
