FrippLife - Five Bedroom House, Sleeps 12

Great find! This second row home, with nearby beach access, has been totally updated. It offers two living areas along with new kitchen - granite, new cabinets and appliances. All bathrooms updated totally. Hardwood floors throuhout and tastefully decorated. Wonderful screened porch to enjoy those cool ocean breezes along with decking across front of home. Oversized lot and garage with extra fridge, three-seat golf cart and clothes dryer. Loads of parking.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities, effective March 3, 2023.

Some disappointed

Very nice house. Could use some cleaning. Was only given one washcloth and one towel per person for a 4 day stay. There were plenty of EMPTY hand soap dispensers under bathroom cabinets. Golf cart had no charge on it. I called local golf cart rental place to find out that it takes 12 to 14 hours to get a full charge, so we didn’t get to enjoy the golf cart until Saturday. Spent additional money on renting a golf cart. Lots of issues that really that really to be addressed.
