Located on a quiet street with only four homes, which makes your stay even more private. We have an identical home located next door (Light & Bright), ask us about renting both homes.

**We are a Pet-Friendly property - We allow up to two dogs maximum. Pet fee is $189 for the entire stay** Must be approved by host**

>Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, ensuite master bathroom (sleeps 2).
>Master Bathroom: Located in Master BD, shower/tub combo.
>Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, pack n play (sleeps 2).
>Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet (sleeps 2).
>Living Room: Queen sofa bed, dining table for 6 guests, 4x accent chairs, smart tv (sleeps 2).
>Guest Bathroom: Located between Guest BD1 & Guest BD2, shower/tub combo.
>Kitchen: Refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, standard drip coffee maker, toaster.
>Laundry: Washer and dryer with detergent for our guests.
>Exterior: Private, fenced backyard entrance, paver deck with outdoor dining table for 6, beach chairs, corn hole, and 4x bicycles (2x adults, 2x children).
>Parking: Park 3 standard size vehicles in the gravel driveway in the front of the home.
