About the host
Hosted by Sara Galloway
As a proud native Floridian, St. Augustine has always been woven into the fabric of my life. I grew up exploring this beautiful city on school field trips and family vacations—wandering historic streets, learning local legends, and soaking in the Spanish-inspired architecture. I never imagined I’d one day be fortunate enough to call this incredible place home.
My husband and I became hosts in 2021, and sharing the charm, history, and natural beauty of America’s Oldest City has truly become one of our greatest joys. Over the years, we’ve welcomed guests from all walks of life—families on vacation, business travelers, mid-term renters, travel nurses, digital nomads, snowbirds, and those relocating, house hunting, or staying with us during renovations or new construction. No matter your reason for visiting, we want our home to feel like a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming place to land.
As a family, we love spending time at the beach, discovering hidden gems along Anastasia Island, dining at locally owned St. Augustine restaurants, and learning more about this city’s rich cultural heritage. Hosting has given us the wonderful opportunity to share our favorite experiences, recommendations, and local insights with guests from near and far.
We truly look forward to welcoming you and hope you’ll fall in love with St. Augustine, its beaches, its history, and its warm community—just as we did.
If there is anything you need before or during your stay, we are always happy to help make your visit unforgettable.
