It's a first-floor large space townhome, sunshine to the front private yard and facing to the pool. It's bright from the dining room to the living room, from the master bedroom to the guest bedroom, from the south to the north side, all can be fresh air whole unit with a south side window, yard open door to the north side large window. It also has a central air conditioner, and fans in all the rooms. Wood floor and clean. Outdoor pool, nearby the park. International food market, close to many restaurants, much more..., the best location to go everywhere in Houston not far.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

The house is beautiful. Everything was nice and clean and the neighbors are wonderful. Very nice neighborhood. The owners are great‼️
