Important Occupancy note: Lexington County Law requires a maximum of 2 occupants over the age of 5+ per bedroom. our maximum occupancy is 10 for those ages 5 and older. While under the age of 5 does not apply to occupancy, our maximum occupancy we can host is 13 including those under the age of 5.

Our home includes five bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations. There are 5 smart TVs in the home - One in the Master Bedroom, One in the Living Room, and one in Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4

There are three full bathrooms - 2 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the first floor. We provide all linen and towels you may need during your stay.

the entire home is available, garage is unavailable without prior communication. HOA common areas (Park, Pond and Pool)
