Loved it

This was our 3rd Hawaii trip in a row with our 3 children and definitely our favorite hotel. The hotel was beautiful, not overly crowded and on the quieter side. We didn't like the restaurant on site, but other than that the experience was perfect. Bonus that the rooms have a kitchen and water/dryer!

Amazing Resort

We had an excellent experience at the Marriott Ko'Olina Beach Club through VRBO. We rented a 7 night stay with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with an ocean view through Vacation Candy. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. Vacation Candy did a great job in communicating with me on the status of the rental at the beginning and maintained great communication with reminders about a week ahead of our reservation. Once we arrived at the resort, I checked in without any issues. We did get an ocean view room but on the 3rd floor so it wasn't as awesome as it could have been if we had been higher up. But the positive was that we were close to the pool which allowed us quick access back to the villa to get lunch ready, etc. Our room actually faced the Nai'a pool so that was nice since our kids really liked that pool the best compared to the Reflection Pool. Unfortunately, the Lagoon pool was under renovation during our stay so we cannot comment on that. Overall, the villa was super nice and clean. Very spacious for our family of 5 and we love the access to a full size kitchen with a fridge as well as a washer and dryer in-unit. They had all the amenities you could ask for with cooking supplies and utensils, etc. The only thing that could have been better for us was if they had some cooking oil or spray. The parking was very convenient with a garage just for the Nai'a building residents, so we didn't have to go very far after our outings into Kapolei.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott KoOlina. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and perfect for 5 of us. The beach and pools were lovely and everyone was kind and helpful. We had one small issue with the thermostat and it was fixed in 10 minutes! We had no complaints and will be back.

Perfect vacation stay for families with toddlers

Marriott Ko’Olina is a perfect vacation spot for families with small children. Check-in was a breeze. The adjoining rooms had all the amenities needed, a fridge and freezer, plates and utensils, and even a washer and dryer. Marriott will hassle you to do a timeshare presentation, but it was easy to decline. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again in the future!

Marriott's Ko'Olina Beach Club was excellent! We had an ocean view and a pool view. It was perfect and beautiful. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The service was great from the front desk to the valet, and the cleaning team. We were close to most stores and the attractions we wanted to do. Family Vacation

This was a beautiful location overlooking the pools and the lagoons. Saw the sunrsie over the mountains for 7 days. Our family was very comfortable and location was convenient. We choose this area for some rest and relaxtion. If you are looking for a beach front you would love this place. I would choose this same location if I get the chance to visit again!

Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is the best place for families to vacation. Our family of 7 always had something to do with their activities available like water slide and hula hoop contests. Absolutely Perfect!

We loved our trip to the Marriott Beach Club in Ko’olina! Reservations went perfectly, our room overlooked the pool and the entire resort, so beautiful. I was a little hesitant about paying outside of VRBO, but did so and was more than happy with the results and communication throughout the entire process What a wonderful vacation in such a beautiful resort! Never heard of the Company Vacation Candy prior to this booking. I googled reviews and felt confident to move forward with booking. Awesome Family Vacation in Oahu

We had a wonderful vacation in Ko'Olina, Kapolei, Oahu. But first let me talk about the excellent customer service I received from Vacation Candy. I reserved the hotel (Marriott's Ko' Olina) through VRBO. Then upon reservation, I got an email from Vacation Candy. Since I have never heard from this company before, I was skeptical at first if this was a legit entity. Boy, I am glad I was wrong. Each CS Rep I dealt with was very helpful, very prompt, even the simplest question I had, they responded. They were very consistent in providing excellent service. It is so easy to deal with them. Send them an email and in just minutes, they respond right away and very professional too. As my vacation days were approaching, they got in touch with me and gave me updates/reminder. Then came the most pleasant surprise at check in - we got a penthouse with beautiful view of the ocean and the resort. This resort was beautiful, clean, fresh, staff are very friendly. You don't even have to go anywhere. For me and my husband, just staying at the resort is vacation to us. Perfect family vacation. We had a 2 bedroom Villa that sleeps 8. I have been excitedly sharing my experience with VC to my officemates and other people asking about vacation. I can't wait for our next family vacation. We will definitely use VC again, as long as they service the place we want to go to. Keep it up folks! . I am very pleased with my experience with you!

Summer Stay

This was our second time at this resort. It was again a fantastic experience. The only let down was Indepence Day celebrations. Last year they had a whole carnival type setup, DJ's at the pools etc but this year it was very watered down. Also the gas grills were random at operation and sometimes took 15 min for maintenance to fix the grills with lines of people waiting. Other than that the rooms and stay was perfect!

Best! Vacation! Ever!

This was the PERFECT vacation for 100 reasons! Vacation Candy was wonderful to work with. They responded to every one of my inquiries quickly and professionally. The resort was EXACTLY as described! Rarely are my expectations exceeded! The view was beautiful! The accommodations were perfect and comfortable for 6 adults. The lagoons are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You must also visit Koalua Ranch and take the jungle tour for a fun and wild ride! The views are stunning! I would highly recommend this resort as well as booking through Vacation Candy.
