Escape to the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores, Alabama! Don't walk to the beach, stay on it and enjoy the sound of the surf and the spectacular view of the ocean from the private decks on the main level or upper level. Home is away from the hustle & bustle of high-rises, located in a quiet area on the beach. The location is great for family activities. This home has three master suites with Gulf-front sun decks plus two other bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 9' ceilings, ceramic tile flooring, wood flooring, ceiling fans, and den area/playroom upstairs for the kids. Crown molding in every room, granite counter tops in the kitchen, cultured counter tops in the bathrooms, and much more.

This fully-equipped, Non-Smoking house has all of the conveniences of home. It is conveniently located approximately 3 miles from downtown Gulf Shores just across the bridge to Little Lagoon on highly desirable West Beach. The house is located on the absolute best beach area on West Beach. Gulf Shores small town atmosphere makes your visit to the beach comfortable and easy. Spend the afternoon browsing boutiques, gift shops and galleries, or hunt for name-brand bargains at local outlet stores. The Riviera Center, one of the South's largest factory outlet malls is only a few miles away in Foley, Alabama. Especially for the kids and young adults, Gulf Shores now has the newest amusement park on the Gulf Coast since Six Flags in New Orleans was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

Gulf Shores is Alabama's best-kept secret and brightest jewel. The beaches are magnificent, sparkling white sand and there is never a shortage of fun, sun and surf on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The easy, breezy, carefree atmosphere and subtropical climate makes it a year round destination for your family vacation or a romantic get away.

Dream vacation

For connected families shared the house we spent most of our time on the beach, but enjoyed the nearby fun attractions as well. Highlights were the dolphin, cruise and parasailing.

We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary with our entire family. Everything about the property was wonderful! It was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. The owner was friendly and helpful and the only small problem we had was fixed within a couple of hours.We would certainly stay here again if the occasion arises.

Great place for a large family

We stayed here 3 years ago. The return visit was as expected- comfortable, nice amenities, well stocked kitchen. Ocean view is terrific. Large bedrooms, nice dining and living room.

Awesome Week at the Beach

From start to finish, the week was as it should be. Casual, fun and relaxing. The house was in very good shape and well kept with all we needed. The location is good with your own little section of beach (not literally but close) and your not to far away from any shopping you might need to do. We would rent here again if we decide to come back next year which is a high likelihood. Our host (Bobby) was quick to respond to questions and overall, easy to work with.

Great location, full of nature swimming by (dolphins) and birds dive bombing for fish. Very comfortable lodging and easy access to the beach. Outside furnishings and sliding glass doors to the deck could use some attention. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great for short term family get-a-way.

Kids loved being able to walk to the beach and having a TV room to go to when the weather was bad. Only drawbacks were lack of kitchen ware (no non-stick skillet or baking sheets) and a water leak in the north kitchen window during a rainstorm.

Christmas on the Beach

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything on the listing was accurate and the house fit our needs perfectly. We had 9 people staying and it was not cramped. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The weather was a little chilly but sitting on the deck in the sun took care of that. The owners were great to work with.

This beautiful home was everything we were looking for. On the beach. Beautiful views of the Gulf. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The owner was very nice and responded very quickly to some minor problems We loved walking along the beach in early morning and evenings. The grandkids, ages 15 to 18 months, loved playing on the beach and jumping in the waves. It really is just a 1 minute walk to the Gulf. The only downside was lots of jellyfish. And the city was dredging the adjacent lagoon so there’s a drainage pipe pumping water from the bottom of the lagoon to the Gulf. We walked about 10 extra minutes down the beach to get to the crystal clear water. The Fun Boat dolphin tour was great. Hoping we can come back again soon.

Great location but in front of the house they have pipe that is pumping water from the lagoon. The water was black with wood chips. This happened 3 days during our stay. Bring supplies. One bathroom did not have any toilet paper. Two trash bags (staying 7 days with 12 people) one dish tab. No dish soap. I contacted the host, and he was really surprised and contacted someone to bring supplies over. They came by and left 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper.For the kitchen it is very small no storage we cooked breakfast and dinner almost every day, so we had a lot to store so it was stacked on the counter and tables. The fridge was against the wall so you could not open the freezer the whole way. It was a pain to get any big items out of the freezer such a bag of ice. The masters were big but the other two bedrooms were small. The bunk beds mattress was hard as a rock we could not sleep on them. We made it work but we will not rent again.

My family and I decided on Fun Spot for this year's Thanksgiving stay. The reservation process was very simple and convenient. The property was very spacious and not so cluttered. The amenities were precise.l, however the only issue was a lot of the dishes weren't previously cleaned. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

My family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a problem with the refrigerator and the owner had someone come over to repair it. The extra bathrooms were a bonus for our big group. The beds were also comfortable, unlike some of the other rentals we had stayed it. Overall, a great time!

Everything was great!

House is wonderful! Loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of space for everyone to sit and we enjoyed the outside deck too! Wonderful location too beach not too crowded !! We would definitely stay at this house again.

My wife and I have two children, a daughter (32) and a son (29). We live in Tuscaloosa, AL and all graduated form that school located there that some people love and some people hate (ROLL TIDE!). My wife is in the medical profession, I am retired military and retired public works director. Our son and daughter are both in the medical profession. We love the outdoors and were blessed to be able to acquire this property.

Why they chose this property

We loved the location. It has a very large beach area and is located next to the Little Lagoon Bridge. Good fishing area and great place for the kids and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

We like the fact that the adults can be downstairs in the family room and there is a separate family room upstairs for the kids.
