The house was very nice.. we loved the location - it was perfect. My family and I always enjoy our time at Outer Banks. Leslie was very helpful during this planning of our trip to when I had questions. Thank you so much! We appreciated the warm welcome to this house.

Nice and clean. Property managent is helpful and respons quickly to calls. We had 13 people plus dogs in the house with plenty of room.

Amazing triio!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It was clean, well equipped , updated and the bedrooms were perfect for our family! Great location as well. We will definitely book this house again!

The check-in process was wonderful! The house was very clean and was ready before the 4pm check-in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the walk to the beach was short, the pool was great! Our experience was wonderful. We would book this house for next year except for the fact that Mother and sister had a hard time with the stairs. I would recommend this house in a hearbeat!!

Beautiful house in perfect location

This was a clean, comfortable, and modern house. You could see both the ocean and the sound from the top deck, so you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset! The kids loved the video game and foosball table on the first level. The whole family loved this house. We would definitely come back again.

Obx paradise!

We had a blast at this place! The house extremely clean and was fully equipped with everything we coulda asked for! The kitchen was fully stocked with small appliances, utensils, coffee pot, etc. The pool area was fairly large and comfortably accommodated all nine of us. The beach was a stones throw away, extremely clean and mostly private. We just got home and are already planning to come back next year. Thanks for a wonderful time! :)

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We chose this home because of the number of bedrooms and because of the size of the home. The heated pool and hot tub were terrific because the ocean was still a little cool. The house was clean and the perfect size for our group. The 3 levels of decks that almost surround the entire home were wonderful to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. We had a special visitor on the 3rd floor railing a couple mornings in the form of a unique bird and a deer relaxing in the shade in the back yard. We called about a tv that died early in the week and it was replaced with a brand new one the next morning. Excellent service and very friendly. We will recommend Leslie’s to everyone. Thank You for a great family vacation.

Cockroach Infestation & Dismissive ManagementWe encountered a serious cockroach infestation throughout our stay. Roaches were emerging from the plumbing and kitchen backsplash nightly, and multiple were found in our son’s bedroom — leaving him unwilling to sleep there. My wife and children were uncomfortable entering the kitchen, and we left genuinely concerned about bringing pests home with us.Management responded quickly but was consistently dismissive, suggesting we may have caused the problem by leaving doors open and implying our distress wasn’t genuine because we didn’t check out early. At every turn they minimized the issue rather than taking responsibility, and when we requested compensation for the significant disruption to our family vacation, it was denied outright — no partial credit, no goodwill gesture of any kind.The house has nice amenities, but we will not be returning and would caution families with young children before booking here.I have picture and video proof if necessary.

5-Star OBX Rental!

I've been coming to the Outer Banks for 50 years, and this house, by far, has been one of THE BEST we have ever stayed in! First, it was impeccably clean! Second, all of the light bulbs worked (a little pet peeve of mine!). Third, the kitchen was VERY WELL equipped with all of the things you really need! We also really appreciated the second refrigerator on the top floor! The covered seating area by the pool was another really nice feature on sunny afternoons! And the location is SO GREAT! Short walk to the beach and the traffic on the beach road in South Nags Head is not as busy. In short, we LOVED this house! It was very obvious that the owner invests in and takes care of the property. So many of the houses you rent are not in great shape because they are used hard. Would highly recommend this place and we had a really wonderful experience with Leslie & Cora!
