Cleaning could improve. The matress need to be replaced, they are too soft. Host communication was very good all time. One of the showers drain was clogged and host sent a handyman quickly. Kitchen was properly equiped. Outside trash container was full.

The Area of this property does not match the price. It was not in a nice area at all for what we paid a night. The house matches the pictures in the way of decor which is nicely done. When we got there the house smelt nice but later on the house smelt moldy. The beds …. THE BEDS were an absolute nightmare. they are so noisy and not sure if they were broken or missing the slacks underneath but we did not sleep a wink. Honestly i feel ripped off.

Me and my family loved the house! But the true superstar of our stay was the manager Victor. He came thru for us with everything we needed at literally any time of day. EVEN 3AM!!!!!!

Great location, clean

Great location to explore south Miami. Easy checkin. Someone was staying in the small apartment off to the side of the house and we didnt hear or see them other than the car. Normally dont like double rentals for privacy reasons but theres 100% privacy. Backyard was very nice. Clean.

Nice house

It was a nice house but the pool heater wasn't on so we didn't get to enjoy the pool at all and it didn't have a lot of stuff in the kitchen for cooking or anything.

Thank you for your feedback. Had we known about the kitchen items you needed, we would have gladly provided them to ensure a more comfortable stay. Regarding the pool temperature, we received the concern only the day before your checkout, but we always do our best to address guest requests as quickly as possible. We appreciate your stay and hope to have the chance to host you again!

Great location!

Very nice property with a very convenient location for visiting Miami’s sights. Great communication with the owner, responses are within minutes. Nice sized house for 3-4 people. Kitchen and cleaning supplies were not as abundant as I’ve had in other rentals. Nice heated pool and sunny backyard. Can walk to Starbucks, CVS, Publix and other locations.

Unprofessional

No WiFi no internet connection master bedroom had glass door where neighbours could see straight through the house it was very uncomfortable and unsafe. No response from Vrbo until Sunday night about the situation. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this property.

Broken/damaged

House was nice, BUT Showers glass leaked out, hallway shower did not get hot, pool does not get cleaned on days it says in there message they sent me, my husband cleaned the pool out, to take trash out, we should be reimbursed for this, we did not rent your house to do a maintenance inspection on our vacation, definitely did not smell like chlorine, there was frogs in pool first night there, hot tub did not work, grille was dirty we didnt use but bought cleaning tools for grille that we did not bring back they stayed in home. Door lock stopped working then they tried charging us $40 for someone to come out after hours, for the price we paid for 3 nights especially being charged for cleaning service, is ridiculous. Mirror in master bathe was broken, i took pictures, Beds were very uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on boards, not comfortable what so ever. Couch in front of TV was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV, no utensils with plates or bowls, ICE maker did not work but water did. No toaster Did not have many trash bags, for kitchen or bathroom, blinds were all broken, did not just need tender loving care like they told me on the message. Pool table had one hole torn, one fan outside did not work at all. Did not have any good sleep due to beds being uncomfortable
