Each module simulates a “village cottage” surrounded by lush vegetation with total privacy. With details typical of the region such as tejabanes, semicircular arches, stone walls, Catalan vaulted ceilings, and half sheets with tile, as well as the use of one of the most used materials in the walls of the Mexican southeast “el chukum” is how the general atmosphere of the Mexican villa, designed by Arq. Francisco Hanhausen.

Its interior spaces, also conceived by Hanhausen and its team of designers, contrast with the exterior, for their polished and luxurious finishes, without losing sight of the inspiration in local folk art and the constant dialogue with architecture.

The furniture was acquired from recognized brands and masterfully combined with furniture built on site for which upholstery with high-quality fabrics and embroidery of Mexican artisans were used. Likewise, each decorative accessory has its history, pieces that were acquired from different states of the Mexican republic by the owners and by the same architect.

o In case of not leaving at the stipulated time, an additional amount of 25% of the rate per night will be charged.

STAFF: Our staff covers a service schedule from 07:00 to 16:00 hours or until 23:00 hours at the guest's request.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Food for the meal and beverages are not included. We can arrange pantry/grocery storage as well as shopping during pre-arrival and the course of your stay and do pantry with a 20% pantry charge.

Services included are:

o Preparation and service of breakfast, and lunch, in case you require dinner service, it is quoted separately.

o Specially designed menu, according to the guests' preferences.

o All dietary needs can be catered for, from vegan, pescatarian and gluten-free to Kosher.

o A welcome amenity is included.

DEPOSIT:

FOR FOOD, BEVERAGES AND IMPRISONMENTS: A daily deposit of US $ 100 per person per night is required The deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival, it is mandatory.

For reservations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit is collected at the time of booking.

Any remaining balance is refundable upon departure. It is important to leave a credit card as a guarantee because in case the deposit runs out, a credit card charge authorization will be requested.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The deposit is for security and will be refunded within 14 days after the date of payment, the amount is for one night, it is mandatory.

DAMAGE REPAIR: The Client is financially responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused by the renter or guests that occurs while occupying the Casa Paxim facilities.

The Client specifically acknowledges that it has the right to charge against the security deposit the first part of the damages caused by the use of the facilities.

RENTAL DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit for the entire stay (room, service charge and security deposit) is required at the time of booking and balance/final deposits due 60 days prior to arrival and 90 days for vacation.

For reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date, a full deposit is required at the time of booking. For vacation reservations, the deposit is due in full 90 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION: In case of requesting the cancellation of the reservation, the following must be considered according to the holiday season

o High Season: 90 days for vacation rentals, but there is a cancellation fee equal to one night's rental and taxes.

o Regular Season: 60 calendar days prior to arrival is refundable, but there is a cancellation fee equal to one night's rent and taxes.

The initial deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival and final deposits and fees are non-refundable to Guest upon receipt of such deposits by the Owners.

If Guest notifies Owner in writing of its election to terminate the Agreement, and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement Guest for the same rental period as the dates stated in this Agreement, Owner will refund the Security Deposit to Guest plus any other deposits received from Guest to the extent that Owner receives rental payments from a replacement Guest during the applicable period.

PET ENTRY: Pets are allowed with the Owner's explicit permission, considering:

o Weight no more than 9 kilos

o Consider an additional daily fee of 65 USD.

o Medical certificate and/or vaccination card and/or passport.

SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

OWNER and MANAGEMENT: Reserves the right to accept guests.
