Escape to this ocean front luxury home in beautiful Punta Mita, Mexico — where palm-framed sunrises and sunsets meet personal service. Casa Alegre, is a beautiful luxury house with arguably the best views in all of Punta Mita. It features four bedrooms, five baths and has 4200 sq. ft. of indoor air-conditioned space along with another 3000 sq. ft. of outdoor patio, pool deck and terrace space.

It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind amid the natural beauty/quiet serenity of Punta Mita and the designer inspired decorating throughout the residence. It is centrally located within the El Encanto community of the gated Punta Mita resort.

El Encanto is a private home enclave that has its own gate, 24/7 security staff and new/fully equipped fitness center.

Ideal for families this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat comfortably sleeps 8 (10 in some circumstances) and includes:

Full and free access to five owner's beach clubs all of which have full food and beverage services and many ocean sports activities.

Full access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, padel courts and two majestic golf courses.

A sparkling full sized private pool with panoramic ocean and mountain views

Daily housekeeping and dedicated property concierge to handle every pre and post arrival detail

Remove personal items
Our housekeeper will take care of all departure cleaning. Please comply with the 10:30 check out time so that our housekeeper has time to get everything in order before the next guests arrive.
If your flight is later in the day you may leave your packed luggage in the garage and head to a beach club. Just make sure to return before the next guests arrive at 3:00 pm.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must refrain from making loud noises and playing music too loud. Take all conversations into the house after 10 pm.
If PM security is called because guests are making too much noise a fine of $100 will apply on the second violation and $300 each time thereafter.
Under no circumstances are children without an active and government issued drivers license allowed to drive our golf cart or other rented golf carts.

This was our first trip to Punta Mita and we highly recommend this property. Resort was incredible and this house was perfect for a family of 8. Amazing Vacation Home!

Our second time staying at this beautiful home. It has everything you need! Best ocean views, golf course views and the floor plan is perfect for our family. The home is kept in great condition and comes with a housekeeper and concierge to make your stay feel like you are in a hotel, but with much more privacy. We would definitely come back!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! The owner was fantastic to work with and the concierge and housekeeper were an amazing benefit. The home was extremely clean, beautiful and the views of the bay were breathtaking! We cannot wait to return! Casa Alegre stunner!

This Punta Mita home is beautiful: from the ocean view overlooking the golf course to the great outdoor pool area. The outdoor pool and seating area covers all your day needs and makes it even better than the beach club access (that is also included). En-suite rooms are well appointed. The entire team that supports this home makes your stay extra special. Our third time in Punta Mita - and this home is by far the nicest. Owner is easy to communicate with and we already are booked to come back again. Love it! Seeing the whales out front was a huge bonus.

Fantastic Casa

My family stayed at Casa Alegre during Thanksgiving. WE had a very enjoyable stay. The Casa is fantastic - layout, location, amenities etc. Check in and concierge service fulfilled everyone of our request. Marcella was great in making breakfast that children loved. Lovely, relaxing villa in perfect location!

Not only have the owners thought of everything for the villa, creating a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere, but the staff of concierge and housekeeper kept our stay running smoothly. Claudia’s breakfasts were amazing! The large shaded patio area is pleasant all day long - from breakfast through a post-dinner drink listening to the sounds of the water below. In addition, having access to both beach clubs was a fantastic! One is better for playing in the waves and the other for swimming. The menus are varied and the service great!

Such a beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice! It was like being on a Hollywood set. Just spectacular views and accommodations! Everything you could every want. Two beautiful private clubs that you can go to by golf cart, as well as being close to town for dinners, or the St.Regis and the Four Seasons. Fantastic house in great location

We had two families with kids ages 9-16 and Punta Mita was fabulous. The house is beautiful and I don’t think the pictures do the view justice. One evening we decided we wanted to rent bikes and With one text to Omar they were waiting for us when we woke up. Marciela is the housekeeper and cooks a beautiful breakfast spread. A+ house.

We’ve been proud owners of five properties in Punta Mita over the past 15 years and currently own two properties including Casa Alegre, our beautiful four-bedroom villa, and our Four Seasons Residence Club condos (VRBO Listing #393019).

I’m recently retired, and thanks to Vrbo, I’ve become something of a part-time vacation rental host, unexpected, but deeply rewarding. We also share our home in Kiawah Island, South Carolina when we’re not there ourselves. Luckily, we’re supported by exceptional local property managers in each location, ensuring every guest is cared for with the same attention we’d expect for our own family.

Speaking of family, our three daughters (pictured above) have grown up loving Punta Mita. Years ago, we used to vacation in Maui—but once we discovered Punta Mita, we never looked back. For us, it’s friendlier, more welcoming, more affordable, and more beautiful than Hawaii. And living near Chicago, we appreciate the convenience of a direct four-hour flight that keeps us in the same time zone, no red-eyes required.

Barb and I typically spend around ten weeks a year here, while our daughters make it down for holidays, especially Thanksgiving. We’ve even perfected the art of making a full Thanksgiving feast in Mexico, cranberries and all!

Punta Mita is truly our happy place. I’m an avid golfer, tennis player and margarita enthusiast and there’s plenty of each to keep me smiling. We’ve built lifelong friendships with fellow homeowners here and look forward to reconnecting every winter.

If we had to choose just one place in the world to return to again and again, it would be Casa Alegre in Punta Mita.

Why they chose this property

We love this home because it radiates a feeling of joy the moment you walk in. It was built and decorated to feel casually elegant—inviting but elevated, like the kind of place where you instantly exhale and settle in. There’s something about the light, the layout, the energy, it just feels happy here.

The location is one of our favorite parts. You’re tucked into a quiet, private area, but just minutes from everything that makes Punta Mita special: the beach, incredible golf, and the town’s restaurants, shops, and coastal charm. Whether we’re heading out for a sunset walk, meeting friends for dinner, or squeezing in an early morning tee time, everything is close and easy.

Another reason we love Casa Alegre? It truly lets you relax. Daily housekeeping (Monday through Saturday) is included as well as breakfast, and there’s a full-sized washer and dryer if you want to do your own laundry. If you’d like to have a home-cooked lunch or dinner, we can also arrange a private cook with advance notice. It’s the kind of place that takes care of you—so you can focus on being present.

What makes this property unique

We tried to build little touches into Casa Alegre that make it feel genuinely special—those small luxuries that elevate your time here and make the experience feel more personal.

There’s a peaceful, enclosed courtyard with a trickling water wall that sets the tone the moment you enter. In the master suite, we added a private coffee bar and refrigerator, so you can enjoy a quiet morning moment with an ocean view right from bed. The master terrace itself is one of our favorite spots in the entire home, with absolutely jaw-dropping views, especially at sunrise and sunset.

We also wanted the home to invite connection. The outdoor family room has a gas fireplace and a 50-inch HDTV—perfect for curling up at night with a movie or game. The outdoor kitchen and dining area makes it easy to grill fresh fish or enjoy long, breezy dinners under the stars. And of course, the indoor kitchen is fully equipped for anything you need.

To make every stay seamless, daily housekeeping is included Monday through Saturday. Our dedicated house concierge is available to take care of everything—before and during your trip. Whether it's airport transfers, car or golf cart rentals, private chefs, fishing or sailing excursions, dinner reservations, or having the home fully stocked with your favorite foods and drinks when you arrive, they’ve got it covered.
