Crescent Beach Club: 3E

Great location and property. Overall cleanliness was OK. Keypad didn’t work, but good communication with Vacasa to solve the problem. Beach chairs would have been nice to have.

Place was great… communication could have been better

Amazing view of the ocean in a nice, quiet condo. The unit itself was well equipped with almost everything we needed, and it was super convenient that we didn’t have to bring our own beach chairs from home. We came with young children so I rented a beach cart and stroller and we spent almost every day on the sand. The pool was nice and big and there weren’t many people there during our stay which was nice…. Not too crowded. Things that could have improved: The hot tub was broken for a couple of days, and as it got cooler in the evenings it would have been nice to be able to use it on those nights. But they got it fixed while we were there and we were able to enjoy it some. Communication wasn’t great. While there was staff available via phone and text message, they didn’t do the best job of clearly answering my questions when I reached out. We were given conflicting information about the policies concerning guests and the number of people who could occupy the property and number of parking spaces available. Thankfully our friends were able to come and join us for a beach day and park in the deck but that wasn’t clearly communicated. Also, the lock code for the door that we received prior to our stay was wrong so we had some issues getting in. After driving 12 hours to get there, it was pretty frustrating that we couldn’t get inside right away, especially since we arrived after dark with young children. I liked that there was a washer/dryer but there was no laundry basket to carry our clothes to another area for folding. So they fell on the dirty, sandy floor when I tried to remove them from the dryer. The owner should invest in a laundry basket for guests to use. It was nice that there were beach buckets and toys but most of them were broken and will need to be replaced for the next occupants. The shower in the master suite drained very slowly so it often felt like I was standing in a puddle when showering. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay here again. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the hiccups mentioned above.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this condo. The part of Sand Key Beach that it is located on never felt overcrowded with people. We also enjoyed the large beachfront balcony to view the sunsets every night. The pool and hot tub were nice too. An added bonus for us were the beach chairs that came with this condo so that was one less thing we had to pack and bring down with us on our trip. We would definitely book this condo again!
